I just saw her on YouTube in the first episode of "Midnight Special" and for a moment, I thought Cecily Strong would be good in a biopic on Linda Ronstadt. Then I realized Strong is too tall.

Linda Ronstadt richly deserved her honor the Kennedy Center For The Performing Arts gave her along with 5'3" Sally Field! No other singer has sung in as many genres as sweet Linda has! Her bedroom in her home in Phoenix Arizona is stuffed with lots of awards! And she could wear flowing gowns or pantsuits performing! But sadly Linda can't sing now due to Parkinson's disease but she left such a legacy! Love you sweet Linda!

One of the prettiest singers I've ever heard. Just before fall state Special Olympics bowling finals,although my friend Joanie had a bad chest cold,but happily,not as severe as what she had about the same time four years ago,when her chest cold turned into pneumonia,though Joanie did have a hacking chest bronchial cough,which happily calmed down when Joanie's mom Pam gave her some Delsym cough syrup to calm her cough,she sweetly gave me the DVD of An American Tail.Here,5'2" Linda calmly sang Somewhere Over There in her soft,calm voice. But now that she's battling Parkinson's disease,she can only talk softly,yet I'm impressed that the tabloids haven't blown it out of proportion. (The only other instance I found about tabloids not overblowing celebrity illnesses is with Cathy Rigby's battle with being anorexic. Cathy does have stories written about the tiny 5' singer/gymnast/dancer/actress twice a year,but even tabloids understand Cathy is very sensitive to criticism.) Linda was so pretty singing in pants or gowns,and I love her.

Pretty 5'2" Linda is a nice singer,but she tends to scream on some of her songs,and other times,she sings too softly.But I'm comfortable with her singing voice. The only Linda Ronstadt album I had showed Linda wearing a jumpsuit,which she was pretty wearing. How about tossing 5'2" Barbara Mandrell and 5'3" Rita Moreno in,too? and by tossing in 4'10" Mary Lou Retton,you would complete the "six pack" with 5'1" Annette Funicello,4'11" Jane Powell,and 5' Cathy Rigby.

Bitchy. Wouldn't sign for me. 5' 2" was right in '82. Still not married, strange.
