I think he is 5'10 at best, with good posture of course, so I think this is the real deal. He is taller tem Leigh and Dempsey but smaller than Mckidd in Grey's anatomy

As there is zero debate on here, coupled with the fact that you don't have a pic with you and him, I'm very curious to learn what you're basing the deduction on from his listed height. Check him out next to 6'4" Michael Phelps. Based on this, I can't see how he could be anything under 5'11": Click Here

Kind of blew my mind people thought he was tall. Personally, I don't think he looks even this listing, but it may have to do with him looking kind of bloated/watery in recent years. He's admitted to some health issues (sleep disorder), at least, but it also looks like alcohol has taken its toll.
