American Actress best known for appearing in Not Another Teen Movie, Dr Lexie Grey in Grey's Anatomy and Alex Danvers on Supergirl. In a women's health article she mentioned her height and how she lost weight after a drug phase: "I'm five six and a half, and I got down to 103 [lbs]". When I met Chyler she looked 5ft 6 range, but had 0.4 inch less sneaker than me.

Agree with her claimed height but she looks way bigger than the claimed 103 lbs. Her build suggests at least 130 lbs

Because Matthew is listed 6ft on this site and looks taller him. But Chris can look taller than 5'11" but im not sure on 6ft tho.

You should add Supergirl to her credits. She actually doesn't strike me as being that tall. She's a little smaller than Melissa Benoist and looks about 7 inches shorter than strong 6'0 David Harewood. I think she's more 5'5 range.

There is no way you can tell if someone (you don't even know personally) is 168 or 169! Just the fact that people are taller in the morning makes it impossible. These comments are ridiculous.

Never mind, just watched another scene with them in it today. Must have been weird camera angles or something, because Ellen Pompeo looks almost the same height. Ellen is just slightly shorter in my opinion.
