I've just seen a picture of Timothy and he has lost one hell of a lot of weight, so well done to him! It's so much better for his health and appearance.

I was looking on the internet to see if the man we see in the Hollywood movie, 'The Conjuring 2' tallies with the man Tim played in 'The Enfield Haunting', Maurice Grosse. Yes, he does!

I am about his son Rafe's height while my dad's peak height is/was 5ft 7.5. This means that the different between Rafe's height and his dad Timothy's height as well as between my height and my dad's height, the differences are pretty big, but the difference between Rafe and his dad Timothy's height is slightly bigger, even probably today.

I just turned my TV on 📺 and I can see a blond-haired Timothy Spall on a comedy programme.

Hasn’t this actor progressed well? He was originally a comedy actor and he’s progressed to starring with Johnny Depp in “Sweeney Todd” and he was the central character in an Enfield Hauntings series, which I have on DVD.

Furthermore, he starred in Jimmy McGovern’s “The Street”, which was top-notch entertainment. I sent my friend Nik a copy of the series, and what about the horror slots he’s filled with great aplomb? Dynamite!

Tim can have 5ft7.5. 😄👍

Timothy can look downright sinister in some of his roles, 'Wake Wood', for one, in which he plays the leader of a village with weird pagan-like beliefs in raising the dead for three days, so that the family can say goodbye properly. Strict rules apply, and lie to them at your peril....!

Then he led the cast of 'The Enfield Haunting' series, which was so good that I simply had to buy it.

Tim looks no more than 5ft7 to me in recent years, but he could have been nearer the 5ft8 mark in his younger days.

Check him out in the Last Samurai. I don't know if Tom Cruise is wearing lifts but Tim often looks 3 inches or more shorter than him. How ca one calculate his height?

I just finished watching the film "Rock Star." He consistently looked an inch shorter than Mark Wahlberg throughout. 5'6.5"-5'7" is a good estimate for him.

Yeah I think you're spot on actually, in Vanilla Sky he looked about 2 cm shorter than Tom Cruise. 169 is possible but a flat 5'7 is a good shout.

I wasn't looking out for him in Sweeney and didn't notice how he looked next to Depp! I'll have to watch it again sometime. I suspect though he'd measure similar to G on the stadio. 5'8 on the nose :-]

Thanks for that. It doesn't help that he's overweight and doesn't have good posture of course and can look 5'6" range yeah but seeing him next to Corden he's about an inch shorter. I think 169cm is quite possible though.

How tall would you estimate his son to be, Rob? He's listed between 6'1" - 6'3" but looks closer to 6'0" to me.

I'd say no more than 5'-5". In Rockstar Jennifer Anniston is taller than him.
