@Xpac: while 6’5 flat or 6’4 may be impossible, 6’6 or a bit under is not. He could’ve easily dipped to 6’5.5-6’6 as he can honestly look that. However, I doubt he’s less than 197cm and it won’t surprise me if he stood straight if he could still hold 6’6’ flat

Yeah you were right man, they wouldn't do that. And yeah Kane and Undertaker do look similar in height in that photo, I think Kane has a slight advantage.
However, Click Here in that photo, with Tripe H and HBK, who neither are above 6' 2", makes Undertaker look at the most 6' 4", maybe 6' 3". He is slouching forward however, so MAYBE he is 6' 5". I really wanna say he is 6' 3" or 6' 4" today.
Also if he had bad knees and bad hips, why even have him wrestle 30 minute matches in the first place lol

@Burn and Dan Trojan: I don’t think he was ever much over 6’7 peak (max is 201 not 202 imho). I would put him about as tall as a peak Magic Johnson who I don’t believe would be 6’7.5 peak at his low. He would be closer to 6’7” especially compared to Michael Cooper or Kurt Rambis or KAJ. Now I agree with Sotiris that he’s definitely not as tall as Magic today as is evidenced with Ali Baba back then, But, I still can’t see him as low as a flat 6’5” today let alone 6’4”. Ali Baba said that he was 6’6 range and could’ve been anywhere from 6’6-6’7 when he met him. To me I would’ve said 199cm or very close when that pic was taken. But if 6’5 today were the case, his height loss would have been accelerated from when Ali Baba met him a few years back. Not saying it can’t happen as I have a colleague (our proposal Director) with a severe case of Scoliosis, that was probably half inch shorter than me (6’3.75 probably) when I met him in 2013 and is now about 6’2.5 admittedly and looks it. It's interesting that you posted that picture of undertaker and Kane out of gear Vegas not only does it not look like a 3 inch difference but in my opinion taker looks taller than Kane and they both appear to be wearing regular shoes which goes to show that Kane wears lifts to make him look taller than undertaker but in reality I think mark Callaway is taller than Glenn jacobs

@ dan trojan dude chillout,why are you so desperate regarding takers height.we respect your thought on takers height but sorry to say that man he didnt look over 6'6 with his wrestling boots but barefoot i dont see him 6'5 or max 6'5.5 he may have appeared taller in his wrestling gear but sorry dude i have hard times to see taker over 6'5 .all of guys here are comparing takers photo here un his wrestling gear which may guve him 1.5 or more inches making him appear taller but barefoot height,but farefoot i dont see him above 6'5 and i think its not only me.bty taker appeared shorter than flair in same position with flair,is it me or orther have also noticed it

If he really is only flat 6’5” today it would mean that other celebs (mainly wrestlers) would also need a downgrade. I can’t argue against a weak 6’6” but he is probably a lot like Hulk Hogan in that he rarely stands at his tallest. He may be full 6’6” still

If you want to believe Taker's 6'5", that's fine with me. But that means Triple H would have to be max 6'0.5" since they look easily 4.5 inches apart. I really do not believe that he’s as low as 6’5 or certainly not 6’4”. He’s still at least a 197cm guy even today and it would not surprise me if he could still measure a full 6’6”

@Edwards: not sure if Taker is actually standing like Kevin Love in that pic. I can agree that Love may be a hair over 6’7” but the difference between the two is probably not 2 inch either. Taker could have dropped under 6’6” but doubt its more than 1/4” or so.

Yes, on average 3/8”...except on heavy days at the gym ...such as leg day with heavy squats or a training day with heavy over head presses. On those days I always lose a 1/2” from 6am to 10pm. Those heavy lifting days at the gym I actually eventually bottom out @ 5’10-5/8” from my morning 5’11-1/8” ...all other days it’s 3/8” loss. I’m sure that will increase as I get deeper into my 40’s...a full 1/2” loss will likely become the norm...rather than the exception ☹️

When I was younger my Levi's would either have a lenght of 34" or 36". 34's would be just long enough to not look like high waters, but 36" I would be walking of the cuffs. Now I have 34's with the cuffs worn through because I can walk on them.

I still edge him out by at least 0.5", and he even had a footwear advantage... so it looks like I haven't lost any. Funnily enough, I actually ran into an acromegalic childhood friend I hadn't seen in around 30 years. Seeing his huge hands next to Andre's would be interesting. He had me by around 1" back then, but it would appear that I grew some after high school and we are now basically the same height. (He seemed slightly annoyed by this, LOL). He was ever-so-slightly taller, however, due to a footwear advantage. This was even at the tail end of a 4-hour-long speed-walking session. I noticed that when I lift heavy at the gym, my spine does compress... I can actually feel it. I took 5 days off from the gym b/c I screwed up my hand/wrist, tendonitis or possibly microfractures. Instead of waking up at 6'7.5", I was hitting 6'7.75" more often.
I think 6'2" is the best height for an adult male... whereas 6'3" and 6'4" are overkill. Heights like 6'5" to 6'7" are too tall... and anything over 6'8" is freak territory.
That said, how tall does one have to be so as to be deemed a bona fide "giant"? I've heard Goliath of the Bible referred to as low as 6'9" or as tall as 9'6"...

@RP. My Moms story of My Dads height is that he didn't stop growing until he was 21, when he was 6'1". Now at 72 he is at best 5'11". Funny thing is he still claims 6'1",lol. He also has Ankylosing Spondylitis.

It's not uncommon for people in their 40's to lose 1/8". My uncle's in his 50's and likely already lost 1/2" despite not doing anything strenuous for long periods of time.

Canson. It was for sure a morning measurement as far as the time of day. Between 9 and 10 am. But by that time I had already been up 4 to 5 hours, ran 5 miles and done how ever many push ups. jumping jacks, mountain climbers ect for PT. I know by my mid 20's I was 6'3" even at night.

Came across a YouTube channel called Celeb Stats where there was a good analysis of The Undertakers height. The guy in the video also came to the conclusion Taker looks more 6'5 range today compared to his 6'7 peak, especially when you compare him to basketball players such as Kevin Love.

I've gotta make a point about the Jimmy Fallon thing first off Fallon is closer to the camera and there's 5 inches at least if taker was standing closer to him he'd have more height on him also I was watching a video on YouTube recently when he was on the Jimmy Kimmel show and I'm pretty sure Fallon and Kimmel are about the same height and undertaker towered Kimmel so with Fallon I truly believe it's camera angles that make him look taller with the undertaker

I measured myself tonight at 5pm and was a little disappointed at only measuring 6'2 1/4". I use a right angle square off of my wall. At 50 it seems as if I am closing in on that 1" mark of height loss. I will have to have my wife measure me tomorrow.

I don't try and purposely downgrade anybody cuz I have an ax to grind or anything. I honestly don't see Taker as more than 6'5" now. I'm not trying to take away anything from the guy in terms of respect. We all get older, and w/ that comes loss of height... especially wrestlers who have put their bodies thru the wringer (I'm old enough--46 years old--to remember my mom's old washing machine which had an old-fashioned wringer).
When I see Taker next to Flair in a pic like this Click Here (this is a pic I previously posted, but straightened here) , I just can't see him as 6'6.5". A 5'9" guy like Flair (or my 78-year-old dad who's lost around 2 inches) comes up to my chin, given that I'm around 6'7". I just calls 'em like I sees 'em, dude.
I will say this, different pics can make ppl look taller or shorter, so maybe I'm being too harsh on Taker. Maybe he really is still 6'6"... but when I see him in a pic like this (closer to the camera) w/ a legit 6'6" guy like Rodman (very poor posture), I just can't see him as more than 6'5". I'll say this. Sotiris is a bug guy. I'm sure he rarely encounters anyone his height and size. So I can understand why he initially down grades. However, he does seem to eventually get his guesses reasonable. I think Rob is a little generous with Takers peak height, but not by much. For me 6'7" peak at best. Now days seems to struggle for 6'5.5"-6'6". To me 1"-1.5" height loss, although above average is still believable for a guy like Taker.

At Super Showdown Undertaker seems clearly shorter than Kane now the Undertaker didn't tower the barely 6'2 Triple H as much as even the 6'6 Brawn Strowman does, I'd say The Undertaker might eve be below 6'6 today with Kane maybe just touching 6'7.

@Sotiris: Lebron at 6’7.25 morning is making him 6’6” later in the day. He’s still at least 6’6.5. But 2003 measurements seem close to actual heights for most. I’m still not sure if Lebron actually was measured as he said himself that he was never measured after reaching 6’6”. In addition, if you look at Carmelo Anthony (6’6” in person) and Keith Bogans (about as tall as me In person), they look accurate. Bogans measured 6’4.25 in 03 and 6’4.5 in 02. He’s not less than 6’4 in person. He’s around my height or maybe just a hair shorter if he is. He was my height in high school when I balled against him (we’re both from Northern Virginia although he played for Dematha in Maryland). I’ve grown maybe 1/4” but I still see him similar. Melo measured 6’6.25 but still looked a legit 6’6” worst case. Now some players are hip to the game and they know to lay down before being measured to achieve close to maximum height. Not saying Lebron didn’t do that but next to Melo it’s only half inch to an inch absolute max. Lebron imho is 6’6.75ish at a low as he looks close to 6’7” most of the time. Not 6’6” and not 6’8”

He’s not less than 6’4 in person. He’s around my height or maybe just a hair shorter if he is. He was my height in high school when I balled against him (we’re both from Northern Virginia although he played for Dematha in Maryland). I’ve grown maybe 1/4” but I still see him similar. Melo measured 6’6.25 but still looked a legit 6’6” worst case. Now some players are hip to the game and they know to lay down before being measured to achieve close to maximum height. Not saying Lebron didn’t do that but next to Melo it’s only half inch to an inch absolute max. Lebron imho is 6’6.75ish at a low as he looks close to 6’7” most of the time. Not 6’6” and not 6’8”

Plus all your pics are a hunched up UT. Plus if you are indeed 6'7 than you'd been hard pressed to feel you dwarfed Viscera at a gym. I am 6'2.5 and when someone 6'1 walks by I generally can't tell I have over an inch on them.

Which, frankly, I wouldn't say is the greatest material anyway. Firstly, the Undertaker is really hunched over in that image as he's looking down at flair. That might subtract anywhere from 0.5 - 1.5 inches on him. Secondly the undertaker notably has a MASSIVE forehead, looks much bigger than most ppl i see, therefore, the base of the forehead to the top of his head alone might add an additional EIGHT+ inches, as opposed to your typical person of about -6+ inches or so. Than, i didn't read the comment history too much so i dont know your stance or position on flair' hair, but, it obviously makes him look above undertaker's eye level when in factualty it's most probably not. I can beat a $ million that Undertaker can't be lower than 6'6'.. He looked 4.5 inches taller than Goldberg and Triple H, looked 4 over Lesnar and Reigns , looked over 5 and a half inches over Cena, looked a little taller than Strowman as well..

Editor RobIt varies - in Wrestling, sometimes the match camera is high up and can enhance or reduce differences, depending on where the 2 wrestlers are standing.
Also tilts can cause problems too, there's lots of small things which effect ability to guess height.

@Agent Orange Yeah that's one thing to note. Taker doesn't have the best posture especially when talking to others (he leans forward) but that's common with tall people. With that in mind though still can't really see him being much over 6'6 if at all.

The only reason I think Taker might be under 6'6" is b/c if Kevin Love is really only 6'7.75" in the morning and 6'7" by the evening (which I think he is when compared to 6'10.25 Chris Bosh), that means their minimum height difference of 2" puts Taker at 6'5" now, which makes sense considering his age. Perhaps camera angles have me fooled ... but I was watching Undertaker's match with Viscera. It was from back in 2004. And Undertaker seemed comfortably taller than him the whole match. If Viscera was 6'6.5" (I believe that is this site's listing for him), than Undertaker being 6'7.5" - 6'8" doesn't seem ridiculous. When I watch any videos of him from the late 90's to early 2000's, the idea that he was barely scrapping 6'7" then is hard to believe.

Taker has developed quite a poor posture now so that throws his height off a lot. However standing at his tallest there's no way he'd measure under 6'6 and he has appeared to edge out Strowman as people below have shown, although I don't know what the footwear was like so that may be debatable.

They are exactly 2 inches below their billed height, which seems to be the norm for big men in WWE.

My guess is he is 6ft 5 at best today and 6ft6.5 in his younger days. He doesn't have that body build or physique which resembles a 6ft7 human and I don't think think a big forehead would compensate that.

I don’t know why you guys insist to make undertaker shorter and shorter every day. undoubtedly He lost height, someone listed undertaker a 195 cm guy you have to be crazy to say this. He looks taller than strowman which is a 200 cm guy barefoot.
