Stephanie here is wearing what I'd definitely call a 'tall woman's dress'! I can't see it looking quite so good on a shorter girl, but you never know, do you? She'd have to have legs which look extremely long in comparison to her body, and then our shorter friend might do such a dress justice!
That's not going to be a problem for Stephanie March though, who just tops 5ft9.
