That’s quite a range of height claims, 6ft3 up to 6ft5!

Right in the middle seems logical but I think there are greater odds of him measuring a little over 6ft4 than under. Same neighbourhood as Jamie Theakston (who for years I’ve been arguing strong 6ft4)

@Nik I know you’re tryna be inspiring, but I can imagine doorframes are a problem when you’re extremely tall (hell there’s been a couple of times when they’ve caused my problems at my grandparents house, and don’t get me started on tent entrances or fitting under blankets)

Rylan remarked upon the height difference between two of his Supermarket Sweep contestants. The girl, Alicia, was just below her boyfriend Jack's shoulders, but when Big Rylan came along, I'd say she came just above his nipple area - a HUGE difference!

I just love this guy - he's guaranteed to bring cheer to any dismal, grey-skied morning.

I did watch some of those celeb big brother ones in the late 2000s and early 2010s for curiosity in the days when they had people like Rodman and that on it, but it's totally not something I'd ever spend a minute on nowadays!! I rarely watch TV anymore!

I knew this guy was a star as soon as he opened his mouth on The 'X' Factor! He's very tall and at that particular time, he had long, blond hair - very sexy on a guy! Now it's short and dark, but his height is still a huge 6ft4 - obviously! 😉👍

Rylan's new 'Supermarket Sweep' has the feel-good factor like never before! Not that I didn't like Dale's because I did, but this guy is so lovely and friendly that I'm really pleased to have discovered his show. Somehow, I kept missing it, but there's a long marathon session right now and I'm putting an exciting Stephen King film on hold so that I can watch it - it's so uplifting! 😆😁🤗

I'm watching Rylan's 'Supermarket Sweep' and there's a guy on the show who has definitely modelled himself on the presenter. His beard and hair are dead ringers for Rylan's - but the contestant hasn't got the height to be a true lookalike.

Rylan gets 6ft4. 😁👍

I remember seeing Rylan's 'X' Factor interview way back when and I thought, "This guy's so nice, friendly and natural, he's going to go FAR!"

Now, three years and one week after writing on his page, he's still a regular on 'This Morning', and hosts a new 'Supermarket Sweep' show. I can't think of a nicer fellow to take over from the late charmer, Dale Winton.

I would like to go with the average vote of 6ft4.25 for the chirpy Rylan.

I'd say he's a people pleaser. And possibly has is terrible memory for figures. He's not six feet six.

Yeah agreed with your response, to me he always looks 6'4-6'5. To me he always looked taller than supposed 6'2 James Arthur, but I think James Arthur was more the 6'-6'1 range

He's at least 6'4, 6'4.5 quite possible, but I'm sure wouldn't care less about being downgraded, it's possible it was delibrate as some guys this height feel too tall. Can't believe it was four years ago that Big Brother stint, time passes so quickly!!

Yeah I reckon he's around 6'6" in Cubans, looks 4 inches taller than Ruddock in them, not sure if they give 2 inches, might give 1.5 inches. So barefoot he could be 6'4.5", 6'4"-6'4.5" more likely than a full 6'5" though accounting for the heels. Anyway, that's my last post, can't stand this guy, but he's definitely a notable height!

Saw a clip of it from last night and he was stood next to Ruddock in flip flops and he was in cuban heels and without them 6'4" seems about right. Ruddock is a legit 6'2" and can look 6'3" sometimes. 6'5" is definitely a little high barefoot, he didn't look as if he'd be that next to Razor, but he;s certainly a solid 6'4" guy and can look 6'4.5" at times as you say Rob.

Rob I think you've estimated Toadie from Neighbours a little too high at 5'10". He looks 5'9" range on CBB. Ruddock has him by about 5 inches. Can you mention at the top that Rylan also claimed 6'5" as his height on entering the BB house?

Rob see 30:00-30:25. He looks easily 3 inches taller than solid 6'2" Ruddock. Ruddock's in flip flops, Rylan's in flattish mocassin type boots as you see later on. Do you think he could be more than a flat 6'4"? He has claimed 6'5" of course.

Dowling looks a legit 5'11" compared to most. Funnily he's a bit taller than that Spencer Pratt obnoxious The Hills bloke who looks like Colin Montgomerie and is married to Heidi Montag and he is listed at 6ft! Rylan had an easy 6 inches on Dowling but he was wearing heeled shoes which is why he looked near 6'6" in them. I'd say 193-194 barefoot is about right. But this height looks horrible on him, he looks stretched and freaky.

Actually Razor Ruddock looks 3-4 inches taller than Brian and is listed at 6'2". He's a big man, at least 20 stone currently. He can look 6'3", what do you think Rob? I vaguely recall a 1995 premiership sticker album and Ruddock being listed at 1.90 or 1.91. Brian Dowling more likely is 5 ft 11.

Rob see 10:28 Brian Dowling asked his height as he said 6 ft 5. He actually looks it next to Brian Dowling, much taller than Gareth the 6'3" rugby player looked in comparison last year. Maybe he is 6'4.5" as he has claimed both 6'4" and 6'5".

Yeah, I think he is about as genuine a 6'4" as you can get, surprised me at first but he is legit. Always looks it whether its next to David Walliams, Gordon Ramsey, easy 8 inches on Dermot. At least a foot in the photos I saw today in the DM of him and Frankie Dettorie, but he also often wears heeled boots which can make him seem a bit taller.
