I've moved to a town of 27k people and have saw few people taller than me in a week, at a grocery store, Mcd and a tyre shop. At 6'2.5" it is around 96 percentile in Australia and most of the time the tallest guy until you bump with 1 of those 4 percentile guys... had to look up with the guy on tyre shop so he's probably around 6'5.

Do you feel average at 5'8" or would you say you feel noticeably/slightly under average? it's interesting because a lot of 5'8" guys feel average, yet many also feel short. Of course it depends on region, but I'm mostly referring to US and UK. Perception would obviously be very different in China or the Netherlands, for instance.

We are height twins! I also am in the 194.7-195 range out of bed, if I just sit at home i usually am in the 193.0 to 193.4 cm range, if i go outside, walk and sit during the day, by the time i come back home i am usually 192.7-192.9, but if i stand for long periods of time or do a lot of activities involving bending or even work out, i usually seem to come back home at 192.5/192.6. Sometimes i have the same feelings as you do, i just wish i never fell below 192.8-193 cm, but considering by how much the average person inflates their height i think it's absolutely fair for us to claim 193 cm.

Oliver's torso length is comparable to Rogan's! That was the main reason I didn't get a particularly tall impression! He's quite small in the upper chest and shoulders for somebody at least 6'4".

Oliver certainly looks a big guy with Rogan, taller than I thought, but I can't see 6 ft 6. I don't know what footwear each has on, but he looks a Pat Roach sort of size there, maybe 6'4.5? He's probably claiming his shoe height and rounding up. Or maybe he is near 6'5" in the morning and does actually measure about 6 ft 6 in shoes.

Hello Rob, Jenny, Baby and all!

My friends, a couple, are in bad health so I have taken on four cats. There are two tortoiseshells, a weeny black and white one and a ginger and white one who looks like her sister, Lunular. Apart from the times I’m with my other precious cats, I’m with my new quartet, all of whom are related.

They are extremely beautiful and I’m honoured that they chose me to look after them. It was love at first sight for me.

Elaine gave me lots of presents too and my favourites are the cat toys, all the cats of whom will benefit. I’m strolling up and downstairs to keep all the cats happy. There is no such thing as a nasty cat!

Just let him decide his own listing. I think 173 cm is the most accurate and most true listing for Rob. If this site was mine then I’d have listed myself to be 5’9 3/4. Even though I am closer to 178 cm near my normal low measurement.

I too had a fear of wasps as a kid, and still do if I'm being honest, but I always loved dragonflies. I would wait for them to settle then creep up and grab them by the end of their tail, and it was so cute how they would coil up and grab my fingers and bite them. It never hurt though! So I can assure you, dragonflies are nothing to be afraid of ^^

I started to visit this site for 2 years ago, and a few years before that I have heard of a section on this site where the visitors and commentators of the site could get their height listed on a page . So others could guess others height and such.

Hi Rob!

It’s good that your little Nipper has got over her fear of the Steadiomrter and is even asking to be measured! Kids have a fear of all manner of things, and in my case, I was terrified of my Mum’s enormous globe! It was situated in my room and I would hide under the bedclothes so that I couldn’t see it.

I’m taking my medication for hypertension but I’m still feeling dizzy. This morning, I tripped on the doorstep while going to feed Mr Fox, and he looked genuinely concerned, coming right up to me - well, almost. When he and his wife had their four cubs, he would come for his food but always fed his family first, and himself afterwards. This 🦊 fox is truly a legend, and very unselfish. I gave him a large Kit Kat and he will have another one very soon. He’s a gorgeous boy and has a lovely face, which he often tilts it to say, “Please can I have something to eat?” Of course he can!

One morning recently, the back door was open and I found two fox cubs in the kitchen, eating the cats’ food. They shot out when they saw me, so I fed them outside. Their father would probably have stayed, and I hope that one day, he lets me stroke him!

Does Nipper like animals? She’ll be at the explorative stage, and she seems pretty advanced for a child of her tiny age. It’s such an honour to look after a little kid.

That Oliver Anthony singer guy with the ginger beard claimed to be 6 ft 6 on Rogan. Sitting there I would never have guessed he was anywhere nearer that tall. Doesn't appear to have long limbs or the look of a guy that big, except a deep voice! Can't find a full length photo of him though to see if he looks legit. That's a big height.

I'd say 6'1 is the upper end of above average and maybe the start of low-end tall, but I will concede that a strong 6'1 (187+) is tall when the average height of a Gen Z male in the USA is closer to 178 than 177 cm

I still think Rob should claim 5'8.25, 1/8 measurements are icky (can you honestly tell a 1/8 height difference without a Stadiometer?) and he's only a flat 5'8 at his absolute low

Today after a day of university I measured 177.6 cm. I have been awake for about 6.5 hours.

I actually study a bachelor of social work in a university-college campus in aarhus city centre, and it’s the biggest campus in the entire aarhus municipality. And I did have advanced math at high school, but I failed it. Math wasn’t my thing, even though I chose it to test myself to master it. But I failed math. lol!

But I am happy for my educational career.

I kind of feel like age related height loss is kind of overblown by some people on here. Maybe it's just me, but I would have thought the vast majority of people are still relatively round their peak heights by the their 40s - mid 50s. Then by late 50s - early 60s, more people may begin to start loosing 1/8 - 1/4 inches. Just seems like some people are too quick to assume someone in their 40s must have lost height. Not saying it never happens, but for the majority of people I wouldn't have thought that was the case. I mean some are already asking you if you have shrunk, you're only 47!

How lovely to have you back, Rob! I’ve been worried that your little kid might be unwell, or you or Jenny, but I’ve been praying that all is well at your end.

I’ve been in hospital with hypertension. The duration was one week, though I dismissed myself after a couple of days, only to have two bad falls when I came home. I was admitted to a Medical ward and met loads of lovely people, some of whom were very funny. Alas, I he second lady in the bed next to me, Juliana, died. I met, and hugged, her family members. Juliana had had a stroke, a fall, and a fit. She had only one or two fillings throughout her whole life, and was a good Catholic. She wasn’t afraid to meet ‘her maker’ and if I had led as virtuous a life as she had, neither would I be. Her family were lovely, and with Juliana as a role model, it’s not surprising.

I got super sick last week so haven’t been in a week, but I am going back today. I follow a similar regime that Abdul does. I do cardio just about every day also. Usually pickleball or basketball, sometimes will go for a run. I’m weighing 175-180 lbs rn. Was about 160 lbs two years ago.

Hi Rob. How are you doing?

Today from 5:30 pm until 7:00 pm I trained my legs. I had a full leg day in the gym. I did 7 leg exercises, and a single abdominal workout.

I did : deadlifting , of 40-100 kg in 4 sets, I did hip thrust from 60-120 kg in 4 sets. Leg press from 100-300 kg in 5 sets. Leg curl for 4 sets of 50-70 kg, I did leg extension for 4 sets of 50-100 kg, and I also did calf leg press of 100-140 kg in 4 sets, and I did squats with a barbel of 60-100 kg of 5 sets .

So after a very hard leg day I measured 177 cm on the nose. Would that measurement be considered my extreme low, when I on a rest day measure my low of a full day to be between 177.4 cm to 177.6 cm ; depending if I have a walked some thousands steps through the day , but sometimes on my lazy rest days when I am only home for a full day without doing anything, then my low can also be like 177.8-178.1 cm.

So am I considered 5’10, or a weaker 5’10 like the height of Bobby ?

I consider myself to be 178 cm, even though I am a weaker one.

I have been measuring my height again recently on my stadiometer and this are the results:

Out of bed: After 8 hours of sleep I am 194.8-9. I remember that 1 month ago I got 195.1 (but maybe it was a posture thing, or that night I sleep 9 hours in my back)

At night: I am bang on 193.0, after a relax day at home with normal activity (not working out, going to the gym etc)

After a workout of 1:15 at the gym doing squats, leg exercises, biceps and back exercises and going out dinner with friends and measuring after at night of all this activities (15 hours out of bed): I am 192.5cm.

What height should I claim? Sometimes I feel I should claim 192cm because after working out and doing exercise Im 0.5cm below 6ft4.

Do you think that if I take glucosamine I will be able to mantain 193cm even after hard days?

Rob I’ve tried doing some research to see what percent of people grow after turning 18 years old. Healthline.com says a majority of men grow just a little after 18 however multiple other websites say men hit their peak height while they are 16 years old. What percent of men grow after 18 to you? For me I hit my peak height at 17 1/2 years old.

Hi again. And thanks for sharing your program. I am going to share my program too.

But before writing , then I want to admit that i turn 20 in 2 months, and that i started to train my muscles for 5 months ago. So I am not very defined yet, unless I press and flex my muscles, but in reality I am more of a big guy than a muscular guy. I have a kinda big chest and I have some big shoulders, but my arms are bigger than the average person, but nothing fancy, and my back muscles are visible if I press them a bit. And my leg muscles are big. I have noticeable big strong legs.

But I will keep training forever, because this is a new lifestyle that I have adapted to be a part of my life.

Here’s my program.

Monday - full leg day.

Tuesday - chest , shoulders and triceps

Wednesday - back and biceps

Thursday - full leg day

Friday rest day

Saturday - chest , shoulders and triceps

Sunday , back and biceps.

Today at Sunday I trained my back and biceps.

So here’s is my program. It might not be the best program, but not the worst either. It’s a good beginner program, I guess…

I weigh 89 kg pre breakfast and at least 90 During a whole day. I am 178 cm now.

I train all my muscles 6 times weekly, and my goal is to become a huge bodybuilder.

I do dynamic tension exercises along with a basic 15 minute stretch routine to keep supple.


I train my upper body 3 times a week a with free weights because I need to give those muscle groups a break.

here's my routine

Monday upper body

Tuesday lowe body/abs

Wednesday upper body

Thursday lower body/abs

Friday upper body

Saturday lower body/abs

sunday rest

I am 5ft7.5-5ft8 and weigh 169 lbs currently but I think that additional is due to me drinking beer weekends.

Rob, I feel like the average height of Gen Z in the US/UK is higher than that of Millenials, though not by much. I think the average must be closer to 5'10 now (or, at least around 177), making anything from 5'11-6'1.5 fall in the above average/tallish category and then 6'1.5+ (187) as the start of tall

As for your listing, I think you're closer to 5'8.25 throughout most of the day, so that should be a fairer listing. For your next sneaker video, get a pair of New Balances 990s or 9060s or a pair of Yeezy 700s!

My kitten-cat, Clovis, is sitting on my lap and I cannot move. I’ve been playing Pink Floyd’s greatest hits and they really are wonderful. They send you to another planet. I recommend them for escapism.

Manelia wants me next door but Clovis is affixed on my
lap and purring her heart out. It’s a tricky situation. Clovie isn’t heavy, so I might carry her next door. She gets on well with everybody. XX

@Sandy Cowell Definitely for sure. I've been planning on going to go the gym more frequently and walking more, especially in the colder winters here where we can get as cold as -40, we've landed 'coldest place on earth' titles a couple of times. But I've lived here long enough that I'm used to it.

Hey Rob, Jenny baby and all you lovely visitors,

I’ve been sitting in my back garden porch and I observed some 21 aeroplanes and roughly 19 birds flying overhead. Only 5 of them were small birds, the others being enormous ones. I wondered why I only had one fox visitor, only to discover that my brother has been pouring urine on their home, so I will need to make them a new one. They are so tame and friendly and come very close to me for munchies! I love them very much.

Since I’ve come in, I’ve been playing songs to do with nature.

@Abdul. With those stats 5’8.5 inches is too low. That would be the lowest evening height. You would understate your height by claiming that. I remain convinced that 175 cm is the most fairest height claim for someone with those stats.

@ bmb - I used to walk like mad right into my forties. Sometimes I’d walk over 20 miles and I remember walking 21 miles and showing up in my local pub without a bead of sweat on my face because I was so used to it.

Walking is a great way of keeping fit, and it makes you feel wonderful!

Someone knocked my dustbin over this morning! 😂😂😂

I went out to investigate and there were three cats, none of whom would have been strong enough to knock a dustbin over, so it must have been a fox, but he’d disappeared when I was on the scene. Foxes get alarmed very easily. 😲

Next time I’ll make sure I’m there for my foxy friend with a large portion of pizza! 🍕🦊👌🏼

The father fox is a class dude, he’s so unselfish and he has an interesting way of feeding his young! He knew they’d find the confectionery, complete with his saliva all over it! The kits will have so loved the confectionery! When the father fox is choc-a-block with chocs he may let his young lie on his belly while he’s having a nap!

You are so welcome, I knew that the munchies I sent you would be enjoyed immensely by your resident foxes and I bet they squeal in delight and roll about in the garden on their bellies! Your foxes are all beautiful and placid and I hope more and more is done by our society in the future in order to make the lives of foxes better and better.

The father fox is sleeping right next to my house now! I saw his skinny foxy legs yesterday, and this morning, he was curled up and waiting for me. I fed him loads of catfood, which I acquired last night especially for him as foxes prefer it to the dog variety.

I bought a large pizza on the 31st of May, having discovered that my weight is down to 91.2 pounds. I could only manage to eat the cheese from the top, and the following morning, the foxes made light work of the many slices remaining. In fact, it was gone in no time!

The Dad fox carries large portions of food to his young, who scramble about at the back of the garden, though they do come up to the house now, and I’m very pleased and excited about that.

Makes me wonder what your thoughts are on this, I immediately thought of you. I'm in my 20's now, not something I'd consider, but when I was a shorter dude in my late teens this might have excited me. Now, I'm happy being 5'8.

Makes me wonder, will this be a common future procedure? will it get easier

Also what do you think the long term negative implications of such a procedure will be? Stretching your Femur/Tibia bone 10cm each sounds pretty concerning.

Ha ha Alanna! I’ve never heard of Ice Spice! Some say you
should keep updated with music, but I’m too into my early rock from the 60s and 70s and their offshoots later on. 60s music brings back my early childhood and the times that went with that period. With the 70s came the Glam Rock era and also punk or New Wave, some of which was really good and I still play that music today.

Mike Oldfield started his career in the early 70s and his music is ageless. He’s 5ft9.

In doubt (not really), I'll re-ask you to consider at least the Italian actor Alessandro Borghi, who has been in some of the best Italian recent movies, like Non essere cattivo, Suburra (movie and series), Le otto montagne, and I'm sure has a great career ahead (even internationally). Like I've said before, he claims 186, but I think that's more a shoe height. I'm not being black and white, it's just what you said was phrased in a confusing way. How is "giant territory" different from "giant?" To most people they mean very similar things. It makes no sense to say semi/mini giant is taller than "giant territory."

We usually say 6'6-6'10 is extremely tall, but not giant territory. Giant territory implies being a giant, not 10" below that category.

I wasn’t prepared to be the shortest in the group! Her friend is 5’7.5 (so similar height, to her and will be wearing those same shoes, so assume she will be over 6ft in those shoes?) and her partner is 6’3, so I just wasn’t sure how noticeable the height difference would be between the four of us if I had no extra height from shoes!

We will actually be going to fancy dress and those were for a costume- I am going beach theme, so likely wearing flip-flops/barefoot, so no extra height really- so I assume there may therefore be around a 1 inch height difference between us- just wasn’t sure if this would be fairly noticeable in pictures etc?

May be the first time then that my younger sister is taller than me then, if you think these could add 5 inches! Her partner is 6’3, so now wondering if I will look quite short compared to both of them together!

He definitely has something going on but it's not gigantism or acromegaly. His dad was 7'0 zone

@Oren. I would say that in a span of 3 to 4 hours after waking up You should shrink to 182 cm. Well you need to consider that you are very likely to shrink a full 1 cm after 1 to 1.5 hours being awake. In the first hour of waking up, thats where you lose a lot of height. If you would measure urself directly out of bed, you should measure 183 to 183.5 cm.
Then it would make more sense, you would shrink 1.5 to 2 cm in one day which is in the average zone of height loss during the day. You should make the experiment of measuring yourself directly out of bed.

I actually got curious after posting that comment and decided to measure my out of bed and evening height for the first time in half a year, I got 6'7 1/8" out of bed (6.5 hours of sleep) and right between 6'6.25 and 6'6 3/8" at my low. Granted it was a pretty relaxed day, so normally I'd be down to 6'6.25". My morning height seems to fluctuate a bit day to day, but evening is generally pretty stable.

@Rapha- FYI- I measure 1.815m (5'11.5) at 18:30 9-10 hours out of bed .So ya that's my evening mark , after some exercise. Last time I checked That was my evening measurement after a strenuous workout, during which I ran for 30-40 minutes, as well as after having driven a car.

1.822m(5'11.75)-my morning height an hour or an hour and a half out of bed, after 7.5 or almost 8 hours of sleeping.

I'm asking Rob- how many hours would it take me to shrink to 182cm exactly , according to my details?

Over 6 ft 8 barefoot at the end of the day would be a very extraordinary height and arguably a giant as the tallest guys in any town typically aren't much more than 6 ft 7. But I've long said nearer 6 ft 10 is where it really starts to look like a proper giant. John Isner at 6'9.75 is just about at that height I think where it really looks like it. 6'5.5 - 6 ft 9.5 probably what you could call the "extremely tall" range. I personally wouldn't want to be anything over 6 ft 5 barefoot. A solid 6 ft 4 would be a good height if you have a good build like a Momoa or Dolph.

I am 188.2 or 188.3 cm out of bed on a very good day and drop to 186.2 or sometimes even 186 cm at night.

I go with 187 cm because i believe it is a fair and reasonable average of what i measure during most of the day.

Hello Rob, I'm 28 years old and just starting acting school here in scotland, turns out age isn't an issue. many 21-35 year old mature starters, but I have one issue.

I'm 5'8. Do you think this will affect me in the acting world? i'm always reading about actors heights here and sometimes it does depress me that my height could ruin any potential opportunities i could have in such a tough industry. I’m over 200cm out of bed. I haven’t measured my out of bed height at all this year, but last I checked I was a few mm over 201cm at my highest. 200cm is about what I measure 2-3 hours out of bed. Evening lowest height is 198.8-9cm (I measure in imperial so about 6’6.3), so I think it’s fair to claim 199. What are you out of bed and at your lowest?

Yes 6'10" is far from a normal tall height. Guy from work was measured 209-210 cm and they even had to refurbish a car just for him. Special made workboots and clothes as well. I wouldn't say he is a giant but he is close.

That’s right . True giants sre very rare. A friend of mine met at an attraction parc the second tallest person in the world. His name is Brahim Takioullah and he stands at 246 cm tall. My friend was shocked by his height. Just imagine , even a 2 meters person is 46 cm shorter than him.

Yes Rapha, you said it perfectly. Seeing a giant should shock you, assuming you aren't a giant yourself. I have never seen a 225 to 230cm person in real life, but such a person would absolutely qualify as a giant. The tallest I have ever seen was in the 216 - 219cm range (if I estimated correctly), and he seemed like a giant to me at the time.

I think a true giant will dwarf even a very tall guy like me. In public, he would almost appear to be a different species. There is a video of Sun Ming Ming (7'9/235cm I believe) in an American airport, and he just dwarfs every single person he comes across. He looks like a different species of human almost because of how much he stands out. The same would apply to someone like Yao Ming or Shawn Bradley who are a bit shorter but still in that 7.5 foot range. Olivier Richters, though "only" 218cm, gives a similar impression just because of how wide and proportional he is. I don't think an extremely lanky stick thin 7'2 guy would strike me as a giant.

206 - 212cm guys, from my perspective, are clearly taller than me but do not necessarily dwarf me. It's like the difference between me and someone of your height. You'd think I was very tall, but I wouldn't tower over you to the point that you were shocked or anything like that.

Those 6'9-7'0 guys stand out a ton in public, but they don't give that "wtf" impression like a true giant. It's a huge difference.

There are only a few real giants in the world and I personally have only encountered one of them which was in my estimations around 225 to 230 cm tall now that is a giant.

When you encounter a giant, you should just be shocked the first moment by his height and you should ask yourself wow how is it possible to be that tall? I think that is an indicator. You do not get that reaction by a guy who is 205 cm tall or even 210 cm.

Yes, I know Giant Gonzalez and yeah he was a true Giant. Guys like Shawn Bradley or Yao Ming are also in that category. So, I would make the cut at 215 cm. Over 215 cm could be considered a giant. Guys like Richard Kiel or Kareem Abdul Jabbar are around 217 or 218 cm tall. I would classify them in the giant category.

Not sure if I would do the same with guys such as Dirk Nowtzki or Nikolai Valuev at around 212 cm.

What is your opinion?

Yep, at 187cm you are solid tall, so it makes no sense for a height only 6cm taller than yours to be considered a giant. At 199cm I consider myself to be in the very tall category, maybe on the upper end of it. I think extremely tall starts at 200cm minimum or perhaps even higher like 202 or 203cm. Tyson Fury and Hafthor Bjornsson are good examples of extremely tall men.

Giant is something else entirely - I think you have to be well into the 7 foot range for that label. When I think of an actual giant, I think of Olivier Richters or the wrestler Giant Gonzales, 7'2 and 7'7 respectively. It's not even their height alone, but also their overall size that contributes to that perception.

Personally I think there should be a category between extremely tall and giant to describe 6'10 - 7'0 men. Super tall or something like that. Not quite legit giants IMO, but taller than "just" extremely tall.

I fully agree 6'4 is a very tall height. Giant is not the same thing as very tall. In a country with a 177cm average, 6'4 is around the 98.4th percentile. That means roughly 1/60 to 1/70 guys are 6'4 or taller. Do you really consider 1/60 guys to be legit giants? You said it yourself, at 6'1 you're above average in height. Do you really go from above average to giant in 3 measly inches? Nope. A 6'4 guy wouldn't even be able to see above your head. That's no giant.

Giants are very very rare, and 6'4 is not rare at all. Uncommon, not rare. I think you're using the term "giant" way too loosely here. Think about the Wrestler Giant Gonzales. Was he 6'4? hell no, he was 7'7. That's a giant's height. Calling a 6'4 guy a giant is like calling a 5'4 guy a dwarf. It doesn't make any sense and it's way too extreme of a term for a height only 6 inches above average.

@Jdubbz. I totally agree with you. I am 187 cm tall and consider myself tall but not extraordinary tall. A 193 cm is only 6 cm taller than me and certainly very tall once you reach above 190 cm but certainly not a giant. I would not even call 193 cm extremely tall just very tall. Extremely tall would be guys such as Tyson Fury at 202 cm but even his height is not a giant height only an extremely tall height.

Somehow I can estimate further downwards than I can upwards. I can usually tell whether someone is 5'5 or 5'6 based on where they come up relative to my shoulders, but 7'5 or 7'6? Hell no, lol. You feel the same way?

Holy crap, that's a huge wingspan for your height. Yeah you can certainly grow into your wingspan especially at only 15. I was exactly your height at age 15 and I ended up 5" taller. No matter what your wingspan will probably always be longer than your height, but not by 7 inches.

If you think being 7.5" above average is a giant then fair enough, we'll just have to agree to disagree. Maybe I'm a bit biased since I'm over 2" taller than 6'4, but nobody considers me a giant either as far as I know.

Could you grow into your wingspan? I have heard from somewhere that this is possible. I am 6’1.25” and have a 6’8.5” wingspan. I just recently turned fifteen. I am not black, rather I’m southeast Asian.

Jdubbz: It’s on the cusp of being a giant then, that’s 7.5 inches taller than 5’9 which is average amongst young men. I always just think of it like this u have a 6’4 guy in lord of the rings the movies he’s gonna look like a monster compared to other above average height men. I stood next to a real 6’3 guy and was like damn I’m quite abit shorter!! This guys a beast.

I wished the average height for man was 5’4 then we’d all be giants

Jdubzz, yes it was easily a foot difference but couldn't tell exactly. Too tall. Even 6'7-6'8 guys i cant estimate well. Still too much taller than me. Guys 6'4-6'6 i can estimate better

I fully agree 6'4 is a very tall height. Giant is not the same thing as very tall. In a country with a 177cm average, 6'4 is around the 98.4th percentile. That means roughly 1/60 to 1/70 guys are 6'4 or taller. Do you really consider 1/60 guys to be legit giants? You said it yourself, at 6'1 you're above average in height. Do you really go from above average to giant in 3 measly inches? Nope. A 6'4 guy wouldn't even be able to see above your head. That's no giant.

Giants are very very rare, and 6'4 is not rare at all. Uncommon, not rare. I think you're using the term "giant" way too loosely here. Think about the Wrestler Giant Gonzales. Was he 6'4? hell no, he was 7'7. That's a giant's height. Calling a 6'4 guy a giant is like calling a 5'4 guy a dwarf. It doesn't make any sense and it's way too extreme of a term for a height only 6 inches above average.

That’s a monsters height, I think you being tall and looking at stats have become kinda immune to thinking it’s a very tall or giant height. The average in my country is apparently 177 cm which is New Zealand

Yeah, at your height it's not easy to tell whether a guy is 7'2 or 7'1 or 7'3. Even I can't tell exactly how tall a guy like that is. All I can do is go off of facial proportions (if I'm eye level with his shoulders and as tall as his mouth level, he's approx 8" taller than me), but I have no idea how that would work for a 14" difference lol
