I was watching Suits today and in every shot Rick seems to have the edge on Wendell Pierce, but I think it’s more likely that Wendell is under 5’8 than that Rick is over it. What do you think?
Also, when you list heights, is it thinking their lowest or average during the day?

Funny when the first Hostel movie was released this guy was lised at 5ft11.5 on the internet.

I've seen just the first 2-3 episodes of Suits a couple of months ago but I think it was enough to realize this guy is nowhere near his 5'10 listings... From what i've seen, i would have guessed him more 5'7-5'7.5 than anywhere near 5'10!
Gabriel near enough 6' and Patrick a decent 5'11 (5'11-5'11.25)... Btw, in these episodes there were a few scenes with Titus Welliver and those two guys and he really looked 5'10 max there (at least 2 inches shorter than Gabriel and a good inch shorter than Patrick)...
I just hope this 5'10 figure doesn't come out directly from Rick's mouth... I doubt it, but you never know :P

Closer to the 5 7 mark maybe in shoes funny little guy very surface little depth.
He is better known for the bad horror movies hes in hostel and cameos on many older movies like conspiracy theory.
Distinct features are voice and small height wide head and torso raised eyebrows, looks like a lawyer 60% of the time.
Also claims to improv many of the lines he has on his small parts, like a short Tommy Lee Jones.
