She still look tall like 5'8-5'9 from PR photo and its understand that the camera angle was shot from a higher level up from her face level making someone lost a few inches of frame. In Rebecca's heydays on the runways (back in the early nineties) the ideal hight for a model was 5'8" to 5'10" max. so she was actually a bit too tall for modelling. Today it's another matter.

It's actually pretty common for 5'10 models to be bumped up to 5'11 if they build up a career and popularity. I thought 5'10 was ideal though.. Guess they want taller and thinner nowadays.

I always thought Rebeca was 6'0 since barefoot she towered over 5'10-6'0 Eric Mabius when bare foot. then I met her and she towerd over petite 4'8 me and in 2in heals was about a foot taller than my 5'2 friend.

i have checked lots of photos, in scenes they are together. when you see rebbeca was taller then famke in a photo you must check shoes. in all of them rebbeca wore higher heels than famke.

IS Rebecca really taller than Elle Macpherson? I think so. Even if I'm wrong, I don't think Elle is 183cm. In the SI video, I couldn't see a big difference btn Elle's and rebecca's height. Hopefully, someone can enlighten me. The EDITOR is welcomed as well.

By measuring the mics(10inch) and the letters of Dre's shirt (2.5 inch) and several other calculations to offset the picture angles. I calculated Ms.Romijn to be 5'9.25" feet (175.9cm). Dre to be 5"11 but slouching (also not in the same plane as Rebecca...darn optics) M.M is 5'8.5" (same deal). These are not exact but I'm only off by plus or minus a half inch (0.5") for Rebecca. Over all pictures are the worst way to compare heights due to the effect 2D pics cause. (objects closer appear bigger than objects farther away from the camera)

To echo the SI post by heightfan, watching the SI video Rebecca is definately a bit taller than Elle Mcpherson who has always been listed as 6'. I believe there is a tendency for tall model-turn-actresses to actually list their height shorter in order to work in Hollywood which has plenty of short leading men.

I actually think Rebecca is closer to 5'10". In the scenes in The Punisher with Thomas Jane, when she was flat footed and he was in boots, there was about a 2 inch difference. Now I know those boots were large, but could they honestly have had a lift of more than 2 inches? So if Thomas Jane is 5'10" flat footed (6 foot with the boots), I would say Rebecca is 5'10" or perhaps a little above it.
