Her screaming in Dr Jekyll really went though me. Blood curdling. Screaming Miriam has a certain ring to it.

Well, Shirley MacLaine towered her in The Children's Hour I think, although by early 60s she could have lost a bit. Looked same sort of range peak as Merle and Joan Blondell.

In the photo w/ March & Cooper, I think she looks maybe even under 5'2" but generally I think 5'2" is a good fit. A likeable actress. Even if her voice was grating in Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde, her difficulty keeping her clothes on made up for it.
