American media personality and author who is co-host of Morning Joe. In a 2013 news article it mentioned how "at 5-foot-6½, she weighs about 132 pounds and wears a size 6 dress. That's up from her usual 118 pounds and size 2." In August of that year she also posted a photo of her scales at 135.9 pounds, saying "My weight. One year ago today I was 118 and felt fat. I feel good about this actually".

I never fully realized that every time I gained weight I seemed to top out at 135 pounds. That is actually pretty reasonable for my height of five foot seven at the age of forty-five.

I have just read above that Mika has had some weight issues, but is conquering them. With things like this, self-belief is SO important, and I'm glad that Mika is coming to terms with how she was made and accepting herself for the way she was meant to be. Forcing yourself to be underweight can go hand in hand with depression.
She gets 5ft6.5 from me this Friday afternoon!
