I don't like dodgy hairtransplants and Jason wears them! Some of his music on his First album is Good. I myself was deluded thinking it was believable that Jason could be five ten maybe an inch taller.The neighbours costars guys always seemed an inch taller even three inches taller. Then finally I was thinking the look in 1980's statistics got it way wrong on the height. If you YouTube the smash hits awards in 189 best male singer Jason looked easily two inches shorter than even the average height's Philip Schofield who anyway stood a Good five ten then maybe still to this day. For Jason I'm giving and it is the truth height of five foot eight inches tall.

In the 80s, I repeatedly read that Jason was 6ft. Next to Kylie Minogue, he just might have got away with it!

Jason steps into Phil Lynott’s shoes to play the freaked-out Parson in Jeff Wayne’s musical version of ‘The War of the Worlds’, not an easy part to take on, but Jason is excellent. He’s an experienced actor and stage singer.

At one time, I read 6ft for Jason, but I believed he was more like 5ft10, or possibly a touch more.

He can have 5ft10.25.

I played tennis with Jason as my doubles partner, so might be able to answer this one! I’m 6ft exactly in bare feet, 18cm. Jason is 5’11. He was one inch shorter than me, both wearing tennis shoes. And I can tell you that he was the nicest guy! This was in 1992/3, I was at Uni and my mate was working for Warner Bros music and asked me to make up a game of doubles, without telling me who my partner would be. We ended up with about 250 people, mainly school girls, watching....was a genius afternoon, followed by a beer or two and some stories from Jason. Great guy, great times.

I saw Jason in 2007 at a public event. I thought he looked quite short in person, probably 5'9 to 5'10. However, he was heavier built than I thought he would be, appearing to look like a muscular 85kg in weight. His weight appears to fluctuate from lean to solid looking.

I always had Jason down as 1.77m ...he could always be believable as taller in the 80s and 90s as he was most famous for standing next to Kylie who is 5'0" and a tiny build. Always made Jason look bigger and taller... so his PR people just called him 6ft.

I knew he wasn't 6ft but I thought a decent 5ft10
