He was said to be dwarfed by the 5'6" Burt Ward

Adam West once said he was shorter than Burt Ward (5'6") but Frank was around 4 inches taller at 5'10"

I had him sign a photo of him as the crooked car dealer selling Herman Munster a car "Fair Deal Dan". Boy did he want that photo. He almost signed it "The Riddler" underneath but I stopped him. As listed.

..I stood 2 feet from the man, with no one else around, when he guested on something called the Dana Valerie Show at Foxwoods Casino, maybe 15 years ago (ish). I'm 6 even (maybe a bit over). He was nowhere near 5'10. 5'8, in shoes, "max". Very humble, nice guy to me. I was actually there to get his autograph, and wasn't sure how I'd get it. So, I was standing outside the auditorium, looking at a bulletin board. A man strolled up, and was looking, also. I glanced over, and by golly it was the Riddler, himself. I spoke, and handed him a photo of he and Cesar Romero, and he said, "Where did you dig that out from?!" God rest his soul.

Spot on! I think he used to claim 5'10'' but I knew that couldn't be.

to be fair, on Batman his posture and stance was all over the place, but he never really looked a 5ft 10 man
