Barely 6ft3 with John Carroll Lynch but is slouching, pulls off decent 6ft4 with Joe Mantegna and Paul Reiser with good posture (rare) and 6ft3-3½ with Danson (now 6ft2)
6ft4 peak is fair and today walks about 6ft2-3 but could probably measures at least 6ft3 if not a little over still

Begley Jr. is not the tallest 6’4” guy I have ever seen. However, I think he might have just reached the full 6’4” at peak. In any case, 6’3.75” is still not a bad peak estimate for this actor. Goldblum edged out Begley Jr. in Transylvania 6-5000.

Rob I watched a film recently with goldblum and Ed from 1985.
I think it’s fair too say there looked a 0.5 inch difference between the 2 men. So if goldblum was just 6’4.25 then 6’3.75 could be arguable for a leak Ed perhaps?
That said goldblum did seem too have a thicker hairstyle in that movie

His father looked nothing at all like Jr. and was no more than 5'8" if I had to guess from his appearance in 12 Angry Men...I mean seriously is there a father-son acting pair that you can think of who resemble each other so little? Robert Downey Sr. & Jr. and Timothy & Rafe Spall come to mind as not bearing a strong resemblance and having dissimilar heights but you can see similar features if you look closely unlike the Begleys. Donald and Kiefer are very different heights but Kiefer kind of looks like a compressed Donald (or Donald's kinda a stretched out Kiefer if you prefer).

In Family Tree, Begley Jr. actually looks marginally taller than the 6'4"-claiming/6'3.5" listed Chris O'Dowd. I think Begley has better posture and slightly higher footwear, but he is not less than listed. I do think Begley really is within a close fraction of being 6'4".

I have to revise my last comment, early in the the movie (Transylvania 6-5000) Begley looks taller than Goldblum, by as much as an inch sometimes, but by mid-film he looks slightly smaller, maybe shoe related? Theres a scene with both of them in slippers and Goldblum looks taller, especially looking at the shoulders.
