Hey Rob he’s probably not the full 5’10 but I think 5’9.5 would be a better listing he looked a solid three inches shorter than Martin Kove in season one of the Incredible Hulk who is listed as 6’0.5.

Hey Rob do you think it’s possible he was closer to 5’10 I’ve watched every episode of The Incredible Hulk and I think he looks more close to 5’10

No more than 5-8.

On the Incredible Hulk, Denny Miller was definitely much taller than Bill ?Bixby. Denny Miller was often billed as being six feet four, and looked to be at least that tall. He appeared with Lee Majors on the Six Million Dollar Man, and was definitely several inches taller than majors. At least 4, or maybe even 6, inches taller. he was at least 6 inches taller than Bixby. What do you mean Bixby was slightly shorter? I have seen Bixby billed as being 6 feet. I don't think that tall. I would guess about 5 feet 10 or 5 feet 11. In a Mannix episode, he was about as tall as Mike Connors, who was supposed to have been 6 feet one or 6 feet 1 and a half. In a diagnosis Murder Episode, he looked to be maybe an inch shorter than Dick Van Dyke. And in an Incredible Hulk episode with Bradford Dillman, he looked every bit as tall as Dillman, maybe even a little taller. But Bixby could have been wearing boots and Dillman regular shoes. I don't know how tall Dillman was. I don't think very tall. 5 feet 10 or 5 feet 11, I would think.

Slightly built though not as short as you would think, 5'10".

Looks just a bit shorter than 6'4" Denny Miller on "The Incredible Hulk". Of course Bixby could be wearing lifts.

Mister Bill Bixby was 5'10 because he took a picture with Mister Fred Rogers and Mister Fred Rogers was 6 foot and Mister Fred Rogers was two inches taller than Mister Bill Bixby.

Watching an episode of The Magician starring Bill Bixby with a guest role by William Shatner. I was surprised that Shatner appears to have a solid inch plus on Bixby. If Shatner was 5'9" (and wore lifts to get himself up to 5'10"), then Bixby was no more than 5'9" himself.
Editor Rob
I suppose, if both had same footwear you'd have to say Bixy was under and Shatner over 5ft 9.

Why do all 5'9" men claim 5'11"?

Bill Bixby had a big head and a lot of hair which made his head look even bigger, thus given the illusion that he was a short man (since most short men have a big head in proportion with the rest of their bodies) but after doing extensive research, I found out Bill Bixby was really 5'11'' and I was actually quite shocked by this

Dillman looks to be 5'11" when you look at him next to his late wife Suzy Parker, who's height is reasonably well documented at 177cm. That's reinforced for me in "Gold" standing opp Roger Moore (ass. Mr Moore is 6'1") and earlier in "Court Martial" standing beside 6'3-4" Peter Graves. I think he edges Bill Bixby in "The Snare", I'd peg Mr Bixby at 176-177/5'9-5'10 region... just imo

I always thought he was short, but to the contrary, evidence suggests he was 5'11''

True, it did seem that most male actors on the Incredible Hulk were considerably taller than Bill Bixby. Jack McGee looked to be about the same height, maybe shorter. However, I saw an Incredible Hulk episode with Bradford Dillman. I don't know how tall Bradford Dillman was, but he didn't look to be any taller than Bill Bixby, maybe even a little shorter. I heard that Bradford Dillman is billed as being 6 feet tall, but he doesn't appear to be very tall.
