I met him several months ago and he was just about up to my nose in height and I’m 5’10” and weigh 285 lbs. He has a more petite frame than me but gut-wise he’s easily got 6 or 7 inches in waist size. I’d ballpark him at around 5’7” 295 lbs.

I have no doubt that he is 5'5 or 5'6. I am 5'11 and I just saw him next to a 5'8 cousin of mine. Although my cousin asked me one time if I was 6'3, because he was 6'. Men crack me up with height embellishment.

It's probably because in the society we live heights like 5'10"+ and particularly those that are over 6'0" are seen as more manly, many guys add an inch or 2 to there heights or get measured in shoes and thus a lot of men who are about 5'6" or 5'7" feel as if they are much more on the minority with their height than what they are. A height like 5'8" seems like a respectable height to these,guys but in reality it is more than just that as it just an inch below average.
