Ariana is wearing massive heels in the last picture and I'm pretty sure she's wearing similar heels in the first pic. Mac looks 8 cm (3 inches) taller than her in both pics. If Ariana is, say, 164 cm in the second pic, Mac still looks around 172 cm with those sneakers. I don't know how thick the sneakes are though, but I can't see them giving over 3 cm (1.2 inches). He is closer to the camera in the second pic, but he isn't in the first pic. I think Mac could've typically measured just under 5'7, 169-169.5 cm (5'6 ½-¾).

As you can tell by the shoes - hence, why I picked these specific pictures - they both appear to be standing on the same amount of levitating material. Their shoes are, in other words, roughly of equal thickness.
Even though the angles are far from perfect, as neither are standing right next to each other, to get a good idea of height, I'd assume that Mac Miller is about 5 foot 5 and a half, based upon the perspective shown. Somewhere around that. Maybe an inch shorter than what you've put him as.
