Zayn is not 5'9 barefoot he is 5'8 at most, also zayn wears alot of boots and shoes that appear as though they are elevator shoes,they seem to give him around 3 inches of height, my brother is 5'6 but if you saw him in pictures or standing on his own you would think he was at least 5'9-5'10 , he has really good proportions like zayn who appears very tall but when we see him with other celebs of known height and with his one direction ex-band mates we know that they are not the heights they all seem to claim, in general people always want to be taller so lie about their heights because apparently taller people are considered attractive than shorter people even though I don't personally believe that lol, and gigi is actually around 176 cm basically 5'9 rather than 5'10, anyway it doesn't matter what height zayn is he is still an attractive dude enjoying his life, so what if he's not 5'9-5'10? Does it take away his value? Hell no it doesn't, in fact it goes against the status quo and proves short and average height guys can alsobbe extremely handsome and attractive

What are you on about? You definitely need to upgrade him to 5'9! He is taller than niall Horan and Louis tomlinson who are both 5'8. He is also noticeably 1 inch shorter than gigi who is 5'10.

Zayn looks around 172-174cm max barefoot in shoes like Air Force ones which give roughly 2.5-3cm increase in height he is most likely 175-176cm in those type of shoes otherwise when he weara his elevators he is around 177-178.5

I'm 5'7.5'' barefoot and between 5'8 and 5'9 in shoes. I have seen lots of Zayn's photos and his body proportions aren't like mine, although I'm quite thin too. He looks taller. I'd give him 5'8 or something more barefoot and around 5'9.5 with shoes.

Peter, you're exactly right. It's noticeable difference, and it wouldn't only be 0.25". This upgrading is getting out control for this group, quite frankly. It's really too bad they've broken up and we see less coverage (and thus less photos) of them.

I agree with you Rob niall,louis, and zayn range from 170-173 cm , and Harry I personally think ranges from minimum 176-178 cm , my best guess for styles would be 177cm on the dot

I mentioned on here before, I once talked to my next door neighbour and the subject was about shoes. He was a peak 5ft 11 guy and admitted to me he once bought some elevator shoes to look taller.
Not in a million years would I suspect a guy like him to have been a lift-wearer, so I really wouldn't rule out anybody as being a potential lift-wearer.
More-so in the land of the rich & famous.

I used to go to the same school as zayn and have seen him around. The last time I saw him was when he went on X factor, which was about 3 years ago so he was 18 and he looked in the 5'6-5'7 range definitely not taller than 5'7. He could have grown since then maybe but he still looks around 5'7.

I know Niall and Louis have vans on, which give 0.5-6 ish, but the other lads have normal footwear, about an inch; i would think. Let's watch the video "You & I" ! Niall and Louis were wearing the same shoes and Niall was at least an inch taller, Zayn with boots was slightly taller than Niall or about the same height. I think 5ft10-11 for Liam and Harry, 5ft9 for Niall, 5ft8-9 for Zayn and 5ft7-7.5 for Louis.
Let's watch the video "You & I" ! Niall and Louis were wearing the same shoes and Niall was at least an inch taller, Zayn with boots was slightly taller than Niall or about the same height. I think 5ft10-11 for Liam and Harry, 5ft9 for Niall, 5ft8-9 for Zayn and 5ft7-7.5 for Louis.

Editor Rob Niall in 170-171 range is probably ok, the other guy Liam I think claimed near 6ft on twitter, but he can look similar to Harry really. Louis I need to look at as sometime he can vary a bit.

But I don't think comparing him with the other boys will give you an accurate idea of Zayn's height because their height difference looks different all the time. It would be better if you could get a pic of him with another celebrity, but that might be kind of hard since Zayn doesn't really go out unless he has to, lol
