I would say he was a pretty strong 5'11 at peak. He seemed short in 3 Men because Selleck and Danson are tall guys.

i dont think he was taller than 179 at peak maybe a tiny fraction at best because he is in very good shape and still looks only 177 guy these days. dont think a guy that healty have lost more than 2 cm. he looks short beside dwayne johnson

Ian Ziering is no taller than 5'10. Guttenberg is 5'9.

He is DEFINITELY taller than 5'9''... I met him 20 years ago in NYC after his SNL appearance and he was probably 6 feet tall. We took a photo together and he is a few inches taller than me and I'M 5'9''!
