So Stephen was in 'Boardwalk Empire' and I haven't commented on him yet? Naughty me! That series was possibly the most addictive one I've ever watched, and I saw one series after the other, foregoing practically anything else on offer at the time. That's never happened to me before or since!

I've also seen Stephen in many other things, but I had no idea he voiced a character in 'King of The Hill', but then I hardly ever watch it. 'South Park' is my favourite cartoon!

I have decided to go for halfway between the average of 5ft8.5 and Rob's 5ft7.5, so 5ft8 it is! 😁👍🎄🍻

I have noticed this man in quite a few productions, because he usually stands out as an interesting character, principally because of the ornate fluency of his speech. I had given no thought to how tall he is, but had assumed he is taller than average, so I was surprisedto learn that he is short. I am tall myself, so I might be falling prey to some sort of height solipsism here, where I unconsciously and automatically assume that everyone of note is tall. Certainly I have fallen into this pattern with historical figures like Truman, Churchill and Stalin, whom I had incorrectly assumed were taller than they really were.

I think this listing is spot on! I was watching the HBO Special, All The Way, and had pegged him at about 171cm. Sure enough, that's his current listing, so I think 5'7.5" intuitively seems right.

Could you add to his known fors?: O Brother Where Art Thou?, No Country for Old Men, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, Selma, and his TV credits Boardwalk Empire and Justified. The ultimate character actor, plays a huge range of characters, can be stupid/brilliant, bumbling/smooth, menacing/heroic.

I doubt this...he's noticeably shorter than 5'9" rangers such as Shia La Beouf, Jon Lovitz, and Justin Long.

He also recently appeared in Brooklyn 99 as Joe Lo Truglio's character's dad and looked similar (maybe a cm taller than) to 5'6.5" listed Lo Truglio. I picture Root as big G's height, 5'6.75"-5'7.25".
