she basically says that she is 5´10 at her absolute best day our of bed and goes down to 5 foot 9. seems about right probably fraction over 5´9 if i would have to guess on over or under.

Safiya is clearly aware that you're taller in the morning, which is more than I can say for myself at her age. Well, I'd read about it, but never applied it to myself! I was always my top ever height, and I thought that everyone was like that!
