In retrospect, I'm convinced that Noble is or at least was taller than 5'9" that he states. Think about it - he doesn't seem like a guy who has much insecurities, often putting himself in the roles of perverted, pathetic and/or humiliated characters; I don't think his height matters to him that much either. Now, when someone was measuring his height they might've gotten it a tad wrong - maybe the tape or the person who measured was inaccurate or Noble was not simply standing upright - and when his height was given as 5'9" he was like "okay, fine".
Ross Noble's height? During the late 90's to early 2010's, I give him 178 centimeters (5'10"), I'm convinced he stood that tall on a good day. Maybe a centimeter or two shorter today, putting him near the claimed 5'9" mark.

He gives an impressive performance in 'Nails'. I haven't really taken in his acting until today, and it was such that it's hard to believe he's actually a comedian, in other words, pretty excellent.

I have it on good knowledge/intel, that Ross is taller than the height he is (the knowledge/intel is from my GF) BUT I think he's one of the best heights.
