easily 5ft 5 minimum for paige sandhu I would say sandy she could even be 5ft 6 the way she simply towered over manpreet that's the only logical explanation. even with a 2 inch footwear advantage she couldn't look that tall next to her on screen sister unless she's at least 3 inches taller

Manpreet did wear heels, but they weren’t as high as those worn by Meena.

Even so, Paige Sandhu does come over as more than an inch taller than Rebecca.

@ Lee - I second your request for Olivia Bromley. All these hard-working soap stars are smashing actors, and contribute to our weekly TV enjoyment in no uncertain terms.

I’m catching up on last week’s Emmerdale, and Rebecca Sarker’s performance is really pulling at my heart strings. What a dreadful ordeal she went through at the hands of her evil sister.

I must remember to check out her heel height…..👠❓

I was observing Meena’s height throughout the trial in last week’s Emmerdale. When she seized her sister, played by Rebecca Sarker here, there was indeed a marked height difference, but then I noticed that Meena, aka Paige Sandhu, was allowed to wear high heeled boots to court - NOT a good idea, as the woman’s a loose cannon and they could be used as a dangerous weapon! 😖

Paige really does need a page now! I’ve only read 5ft3 for her….

I belive paige sandhu who plays meena julta had to be at least 5ft 5 she doesn't look too much shorter than olivia bromley who plays Dawn and she looks 5ft 8 at the very least. Both deserve pages rob

Jonny McPherson is no way 6ft3!

Thanks to a scene he had with Cain recently, I'd put him at nearer 6ft1. Nasty serial killer, Meena, hugged him and came neatly below his shoulders, but only just, and she's 5ft3.

What a brilliant and miraculous piece of viewing it was when Manpreet regained consciousness in her hospital bed last week. Hurry up, Police, and nick that evil sister of hers!

Thank goodness for that! Manpreet and Vinny have been rescued by Dr Liam Cavanagh, played by 6ft3 Jonny McPherson. Now, however, that poor man has to learn the truth about what happened to his 18-year-old daughter, Leanna.... 😿

So God granted the dear Vicar and friend to Manpreet a Christmas miracle - she woke up after one of his prayers. (She ended up in hospital after the Woolpack was torched.)

If only the hospital staff wouldn't leave her alone with that horrid, evil sister of hers....

I hope they keep their eyes on their patient PROPERLY. 🤞

In Coronation Street, Rebecca played the part of Chris Bisson's sensible sister.

Some two decades later, she marries the father of Chris Bisson in Emmerdale, becoming his stepmother!

Age-wise, they're better suited in Coronation Street, but in Emmerdale, the poor doctor is up against the fight of her life this Christmas with her sick sister.

Having seen a clip of Christmas Day's Emmerdale, I'm getting seriously worried about Manpreet's safety because she approaches that horrid sister of hers telling her that she knows she's dangerous, Meena replying, "You have no idea....!" 😟

So one sister is leaving. It'll either be that Meany is reported to the Police or Manpreet meets with a terrible end.

I hope it's the former.

What a load of cr@p! Meena is stitching her sister up like a kipper, and has the audacity to say that she's got a life and would do no such thing! 😤

Pah! The horrid girl's hobby is taking lives from what we've seen so far; now we can add messing up the lives of her nearest and dearest to her CV. 🖕

When oh when will the 🐮 get caught? Will this be the Emmerdale Christmas treat? The sooner this happens the better! 😝

In tonight's showing, a smurf-hatted Meena looked quite a bit taller than her 5ft2 sister, but I could hear her clomping about in heels. The height of these heels, however, could not be seen.... 🤷‍♀️

Ha ha Lee! You're too right there - they are good actors to arouse passion like they do.

When I first saw Robert Carlyle, he was playing a killer in an episode of Cracker. (To Be A Somebody). I found him equally disdainful in Trainspotting.

I really didn't like him after those two parts, but then when I saw him in The Full Monty, I changed my mind in no uncertain terms! 😀👌

PS I don't take it as seriously as I pretend to! 😂😂😂

@sandy it just goes to show just how good an actress paige is to make you hate her Character so much. Same with the actors who played Geoff and pat phelan both in corrie and apparently both lovely guys when not on screen

@ Lee - Hi Lee! I did find 5ft3 for Paige Sandhu and believed it because she's not much taller than her sister, Manpreet. I can understand that she looks taller to many because she does have a gorgeous, lean figure. Otherwise, I'm afraid I can't stand her, including her smug face and the way she gets excited when she's about to take a life. These killings are becoming increasingly ritualised. According to an episode of Cracker, you have to kill at least five to be classed as a serial killer, but she's got the presence of mind to continue infinitum, unless she is stopped. 😣

That woman, if indeed that's what she is, is capable of anything. I feel sorry for her new victim, Billy. You can tell from his face that he's hardly enamoured with the wharped 5ft3 egotistical nurse.

"I'm not a slapper!" she says to him. No, you're a murderer. 😝🖕 Anyway, sister Manpreet up top, has already expressed that she's always been hot-headed, many examples of which have been displayed to the Emmerdale audience over the past few weeks.
