British TV Presenter of Bushcraft and Wilderness programs. He mentioned in the Daily Mail (2010) his height and weight: "I'm 6ft tall and weigh just over 15st". In the same paper he was also quoted as saying "I am 6 ft 1 in and weigh 15 st 10 lb.".

What an incredible programme Ray is showing us tonight. It is called 'Wild China with Ray Mears', and he has had to buy himself a supply of oxygen in order to go as high as he is to track down some amazing animals. His aim is to see a snow leopard, which is supposed to be lucky. 😁🐆🍀
Firstly, he and the accompanying fellow see a 'common' leopard, and both admire his beautiful coat. Then they get the amazing opportunity to see not just one, but TWO snow leopards! There's a mother with her fully grown son. The youngsters stay with their mothers until they are 18 months old.
The programme was so awesome that I feel tempted to sponsor a snow leopard with the World Wildlife Fund. When one despicable hunter killed a lion a few years back and cut his head off as a trophy, there was such an enormous outcry that I very much doubt that cruel maniac went on to keep the head of the poor creature. 🦁 I phoned the WWF 🐼 to sponsor a pride of lions (as they live in bunches) and they said that lion sponsorship had soared as a result of the disgraceful and evil act.
How nice would it be to sponsor a snow leopard for a lovely reason this time round? The population of these big cats is dwindling frighteningly and they need human support.
While Ray was buying his oxygen at the start of the programme, I expected him to be at least 6ft2; the little Chinaman looked weeny in comparison, and I reckon he was below 5ft.
Ray has only had one vote so far, so I will double it forthwith!

Have met the man in person, im 5ft 11 and he was a good bit taller than me i would say he is atleast 6ft 2 or 6ft 3

wow Reay weighs just over 15 stone, I am not even quite 10 stone and i'm the same height! If i weighed that much i'd be a fatty, but i have a small bone structure. Still, great guy I love his shows.
