Have you seen him claim 6’1”, Rob? I know he is listed as 6’1” everywhere but he does not strike me as someone really into height, despite carrying good posture. Next time I see him, I’ll have to ask him about his height and report back. He is definitely 185cm range through my own observations.

Ok, Rob, I understand he may not qualify in terms of fame on your site, I just thought you may be interested to know that I know him well, and can tell you without a doubt that he is 6’1” in the real world, heading in the direction of 6’0.75”. I have had the honour of meeting this highly talented Australian actor on several occasions whilst on holiday in Australia. He is 6’1”, I know that from first hand experience. He starred opposite Griffiths in Me Myself I, and also acted in films Candy, Son of the Mask, Oscar and Lucinda, and Unbroken, and tv shows Neighbours, Home and Away, Barons, and McLeod’s Daughters. A great guy too; has better than average posture and deserves a page by all accounts!

I agree with nj and I thought she was clearly shorter than Joanne cassidy in similar heels. There is also one episode in the second season of six feet under and she is about the same height as Frances Conroy and her heels look higher. More evidence she isn't this nearly 5'9 is comparing her with Toni Collette, Emily Watson ,and Mary Louise parker. Rob maybe you could downgrade her to at least 5'7.75. That could be her morning height.

I've met her and I don't think she was much shorter than me if at all. We were both in similar heels and I'm 5'11"

Her best work was in SIX FEET UNDER as Brenda Chenoweth--the most complex character in a deep, meaningful series. She is an absolutely beautiful woman--much like Ellen Barkin, she has a husky sensuality about her.

5'8 1/2" is low for her. Rob, would you consider an upgrade? She looks this in relation to her co-star Joanna Cassidy. Also, in heels she looks to be close to 6'--no more than 2"-3" shorter than 6'1" Peter Krause. I think 5'9" is spot on for her.

I am 6'3" and was just standing next to her for a good 2 minutes in a store in Manhattan. She is definitely at least 5'8.5". I even looked to see if she was wearing heels which she wasn't. I always thought she was tall and she is. I'd give her 5'9".

She does not look this tall compared to the other actors on "Brothers and Sisters". I would guess closer to 5'-7 1/2", which is still quite tall for a woman.

@nj: yea, but id say its more Krause being taller than 6'1 than Griffiths being shorter than 5'8

I had an acting class with her. She wore flats all the time. She is closer to 5' 9". I'd say the 5'8.5" is probably dead-on.

If Peter Krause is 6'1", then Rachel is about 5'7". Even when Rachel wears heels, he is considerably taller than her.
