Hard as it is to admit, I’ve just seen the 1958 version of Dracula for the first time EVER, starring Christopher Lee in the title role, Peter Cushing in top form as Van Helsing and Michael starred as Arthur Holmwood.
Michael starred in so many films and TV work, it’s quite staggering to read about his career. He appeared in Caravaggio and Nostradamus, and worked with the best - because he was among the very best himself. Tonight, I saw he was a touch shorter than Peter Cushing. He did a fair amount of Hammer work as well.

Just did a google search for his height and 5'9" came up, which I thought can't be right, he seemed quite tall. 5'11"ish seems correct

Editor Rob he was aged 72 by the time they started filming Batman and his posture not as good as youth.
I watched some of his 50's stuff and he looked above average, in The Man in the White Suit he is taller than Alec Guinness. He was also in Dracula With Cushing.

I will be fair and say he's probably shorter than he was when he was in Batman and Robin but yeah I agree. He was more like 5'9" or 5'10" at peak.
