I missed the Classic Christmas EastEnders, and that includes the running over of Tiffany Mitchell. I'd have liked to see the actual Christmas ones, but I'm glad that I missed the tragic accident on the New Year's Eve episode.
Thank Heavens this is fictitious, but doesn't it teach us something? Make the most of your loved ones while they're actually around and tell them that you love them while you can.
You never know what's round the corner.

β Actually, it's on New Year's Eve that poor Tiffany gets mown down by Frank Butcher's car, so I think we will be keeping her for another year, thank goodness.
That horrible bully, Grant, gave her the most disgusting Boxing Day imaginable, even telling her that he thinks of Sharon when they're in bed. She should divorce him for that, let alone when she retorts that Sharon serviced his brother as well (true enough!) and he violently shoves her, cutting her head open.
What a shame she goes back to him.
My boyfriend thinks it's funny when I shout at the characters, and so did my Mum! "It's not real you know!" I've heard. "Don't spoil my fun!" I'd reply....
When you compare her with Grant, you can see three inches, easily, but what really surprised me was that Phil is a noticeable chunk taller than Tiff, so Phil's not THAT far removed in height from brother, Grant.

Oh dear! It's Christmas on Classic EastEnders and Martine's Tiffany was flirting innocently with a customer in the Queen Vic. It's part of the job to be friendly, but Grant overheard and stormed out. I wouldn't mind so much if this was jealousy due to love, but with Grant, he'd think of it as a personal insult to his masculinity. π
I know young Mum Tiffany gets run down and killed one Boxing Day, by an extremely distraught Mike Reid. I was so hoping that we'd keep Tiffany for at least another year, but I remember that the dreadful accident happened after Grant makes things unpleasant for the girl, so maybe she steps into the road in a state of stress. I'll have to wait until tomorrow's Classic EastEnders to find out.
5ft7. Martine made pop recordings after EasttEnders.

Tiffany heard a request on Classic EastEnders this afternoon, dedicated 'to the best little barmaid in Woolford - only she's not so little!' π»
I didn't fully understand that first time round, thinking it might be a personal attack on her girth - she's pregnant. Now I know her actual height to be 5ft7, it makes good sense!

The storyline between Martine's EastEnders brother, Simon, and boyfriend, Tony, wasn't the first gay couple in the soap opera, but it was the first story to cover a girl's boyfriend, played by Mark Homer, going off with his sister's brother, played by Andrew Lynford. Martine's Tiffany was pregnant at the time as well, but claims that the baby was conceived as the result of a fling with Grant Mitchell. Very complicated.....π€

Was listed as 5ft 6in for many years so I'm surprised to find out she's taller than that.

Don't believe this, I have seen her and Patsy Palmer. I am 5.8 and towered above both of them.

I`m surprised at 5`7". I`ve mostly seen her listed as 5`2".
