today still fraction taller than eddie hall. i think he is weak 188 cm guy. pendling beetween 187,5-188 in the afternoon. Mark Henry might be wearing big soled ring boots because he looks near 6'3' or 6'4' in that attire but in normal footwear he looks a little over 6'1' these days.. not sure what his actual height is barefoot in his prime might be 6'2' but he did look taller than the likes of Cena, Lashley, booker t back in the old days. However, the likes of Goldberg, Batista and Rock edged him out, he looked almost similar to 6'2' Lesnar in their 2002 match..
Henry looked more than an inch shorter than Titus O Neil backstage in normal footwear, he looks similar to the likes of Goldberg, Triple H these days,looked barely taller than 6'0'25 Steve Austin in his podcast..

I understand... if the big guy doesn’t tilting his eyes down, I believe he has a 4.5 inch eyelevel, because even mark henry seems to have a bigger forehead. Most likely helped by his head may seem a lot taller than guy like undertaker who basically have a very low eye level and when he looks a smaller guy it could give the impression of being shorter than he is

To be honest, in person he didn't look taller than 6'1" to me, but he didn't have good posture most of the time. I think maybe when pressed for a measurement, he could be like 6'1.5".

Rob, I have been up and down on this guy. A few years ago, I thought he was 6'1, then when you had him at 6'2, I started looking up clips and he looked that range. Now, after coming back to his page, and seeing more footage, I am beginning to think he was more in the 6'1.5 area. He always wears enormous lifts, but never looks taller than legit normal wrestling boot wearing 6'2 guys. Rob's not perfect, but he's pretty good at guessing height to the point of not being off by a whole inch when he meets someone, especially someone that's 6'1"-6'2" range. I can understand Rob being off about an inch with 7'0" Ian Whyte since the height differnece is so big that's it's hard to gague accurately. If Rob guessed Henry at 6'2", then most likely he isn't under 6'1.5" or worst case 6'1 3/8".

He has a lot of lean body mass but it's still hidden behind a quite thick layer of fat and it's certainly more than 18%. If he was 401 pounds at 18% and 6'2 he'd have more LBM than Hafthor and Brian Shaw, he's nowhere in their league.

Henry was just under an inch shorter than 6'3 peak Rock.

He might be 47 but it's entirely possible he's not really lost much height at all as he's always looked 6'2 or a hair over. His boots are fairly thick but any advantage is likely 0.25 over most other wrestlers, certainly nowhere near 90's Kane size.

The difference between them is only 4 inches, then add in i'm a little over 5'10 flat and Mark might have lost a fraction the difference could be down to 3.5 inches. Then add in his lack of hair and the difference seems to disappear :) I struggle to see much difference between Mark and David Morrissey for example.

I don't believe the body fat percentage is right. I think it's 25% at least. I also think 6'2" looks a bit high, although a guy who has lifted as heavy as he has for this many years could've caused a bit of early height loss.

This is not based on the photos above but as a long time follower of Mark Henry during is career. I don't think he was ever 6'2 flat. I think he was most likely 6'1.75 at his prime. Today, he is about 6'1.5 if he stands straight. Walks around at 6'1 flat range. Bottom line is, he has always been in the 6'1-6'2 range.

Legend! Been in the business for so long now. It's crazy to think I was playing on the PS1 with this guy. This is now approaching 20 years ago! I'm pretty sure Mark Henry was listed as 6'1 on early WWE (called WWF back then) games, which I'm sure were reflective of their official billed heights. He has such a loud miaow that my boyfriend's pet name for him is Charles Asnavour (don't know whether that's the correct spelling!).

Hmmm, I always though Mark Henry was in the 6'1 range. He does wear pretty chunky boots, but even then, he looks similar to other 185cm guys. I am not quite seeing the 6'2 range, unless this was during his Olympic days before he ever stood foot in a wrestling ring. His enormous girth does make it hard to compare with other wrestlers, although he does hold himself pretty well. I will go with strong 6'1 at most, unless there is more proof he is over 188cm.
