I think Luke muscular physical makes him look a bit shorter than he would be measure. Maybe 182.5cm is the lowest on a day. I can see him look a solid 6'0 sometime when he keep up a good posture and other time did look much over 5'11.5" it could just be his posture get loose plus his build.

Photo comparison is pretty clear he would rate a rough dedicated up or weak 6 ft.
Probably 511 to 511.5 barefoot 6 in shoes has lanky build so looks tall even over 6 at times.
He has looked average in older movies son he could be an average or barely above lifter.
