Before I started exercising, I was constantly on a diet. Before I started keeping fit, I was constantly watching what I ate. And I never lost any weight. I always stayed around 8 stone. I'm 5ft 5ins.

@ Nik - Coming from me, this is saying something, because I have favoured being skinny over looks all my life, as I find it comfortable.
However, Lisa really would look better with a few extra pounds to her frame. It would be beneficial to her appearance, but she does look radiant. No one can say otherwise. Radiant, but too thin.

@ Sandy Cowell - I fully agree, Lisa looks glowing and very healthy! She can certainly pass for being younger.

See her regularly in London near where I live. She property here. Im 6-3. Sat near her and her husband good few times. She’s 5-5,5-4.5 barefoot about. Average height for a female imo. Wear good heeled boots. Nice lady.

I don't wanna be mean, but i was also shocked when i saw the latest Freddie Mercury document. I wouldn't have recognised her without her name on the screen, really.. I think she is too skinny, she should eat more..

@ Sandy Cowell - Having the energy to function and being happy are the most important things in life and so is being a nice person, as well as enjoying things like Rice Krispies on a morning. I also agree Lisa looks great and for my money she has aged well too. She looks totally fine.

She’s a bit too lean, Canson, and it can be detrimental to one’s appearance after a certain age. Other than that, she looks fine. As long as she has the energy to function, and is happy, that’s all that really matters. 🌹❤️
