In the closer photo they're both on the same axis. I see almost 2 inches there. In the wide photo you can see footwear is roughly equal and lifts are impossible. Both are probably at their daily low so its def an apples to apples comparison. I think this is irrefutable evidence that either Leslie Odom's under 5'7 or Lin is at least 5'9. Odom's frame definitely gives a weak 5'7 impression imo.

If Lina Miranda can look an inch taller how come does he look so much smaller than 5'11 1/2 Jimmy Fallon? I feel like Miranda is a lift wearer or this guy is shorter. I honestly don't see a 2 1/2 difference between Miranda and Fallon. 5'9 is way too high.

It's a fairly significant overclaim, but it's hardly surprising given the "two-inch rule" we make a big deal about, here. In fact, he's claiming exactly two inches.

Probably compared himself with Nick Jonas (who probably claims 5'9") and goes like "You know what, i'm slightly taller than him. I might as well add half an inch over him. Even though, i'm shorter than lots of people what i've seen so far. I might be average height."
