I trust my past self.... but Gotham season 1 was filmed almost if not 5 years ago, he may have been 186cm by 2013 but may have shrunk to 185cm now.

I mean, in The Wire he certainly didn't look a big 6'2 guy to me but again he was already in his late 50s back then, so a small loss by then is quite possible! I think somewhere between 6'1 and 6'2 could have been possible at the time of The Wire but no more than that! Lance certainly looked comfortably taller than him, I think at least an inch!
Recently, I've seen him in POI and I thought he could still pull off looking a decent 6'1 there.

Editor Rob based on what I seen in Gotham, I think Doman is 6ft 1 range, but how much height lost peak, well you'd expect an inch or so.
