British TV presenter best remembered for presenting Crimewatch and Holiday. In 1996 she mentioned her height, saying "I am 5ft 8in".

I was just watching a programme about the terrible killing of Jill Dando. I remember when the shocking incident happened. One of my friends knew her and was crying his eyes out, telling us all what a lovely human being she was. We couldn't play our usual Scrabble that night out of respect.
Cliff Richard was talking about his friendship with her and how he was going to lend his Rolls or Limousine (sorry I can't be more precise) to Jill and her fiance for their Wedding Day. It was when I saw her standing with Cliff that I noticed how tall she was. I think Cliff peaked at 5ft10.
