Looks to be pretty close to 5,8. His footwear definitley gives an illusion of him being taller hence quite a few 5,10 listings.

This is more a representation of how footwear can change how tall someone looks in a photo. But, I'm also curious if you think these two different pictures of Pauly D and Jay Sean show that maybe one of these heights is off slightly, or if it shows the 1.5" difference you have currently. In the first picutre Pauly D is in boots: in the second Jay Sean is, but with less heel it seems:

Editor Rob it could be argued there was not much more than an inch between them, but then footwear and postures can always conceal or enhance differences.
