Jane might be nearer 5ft 8 than 9 as you said on Kayes page rob? Maybe take at least a cm or 1.5cm off her height

Rob, could Janet Street-Porter get a page?
She’s obviously very tall but probably has lost some height with age. 6ft peak and 5ft11 range today is my guess. Still a good couple of inches taller than Jane. Don’t know if she’s wearing bigger heels though. She makes Jane look average height.

On one site Jane is described as being 4’7” and on another site she is said to be 5’7”! 👌

Did she claim 5ft10? Wow, my friend was probably that height, although she said she was 5ft8, obviously not liking being so tall. Some people reckoned she was all of 6ft!
Do you think, Rob, that the shorter among us get lied to about the heights of tall heighted people? It's certainly been the case in my experience; that's why I drew a bold 6ft mark on my wall and very few '6-footers' actually made the grade!
