@Angle
It's true, 3cm it's not common. In your case 2cm of loss you are in the norm. If you are rarely below 178cm, you can easily claim 5ft10 😉
Personally the 178.8cm it is the minute I get up and after more than 8 hours of sleep. The 175.6cm is my extreme lowest when I have been up for at least 15 hours and have been standing for at least 30 minutes.
I am French and usually I claim "1,76 m".

@Freddy
Over 3cm height loss throughout the day is pretty big is it not? I Wake up at at 179.5cm and my absolute lowest is usually 177.5cm. On a super relaxed day i never drop under 178cm.

@Nik Ashton
I have the same stadiometer as Rob and at my lowest I do 5ft9⅛ (175.6cm). Strangely I have a big gap between the out of bed and the lowest, because at the out of bet after 8 good hours of sleep, I display on the stadiometer up to 5ft10⅜ (178.8cm). Finally there too I am not very far from Ismael. I have same height about 1 hour and a half after out of bed. It's not like I'm doing 6ft2 😁
Very big feet for my height, I do 46EU (12US). My feet are 11.33in (28.8cm).
Therefore I claim my height at 1in more than Rob .
Nevertheless thank you Nik for the interest of my post 👍🏼
I wish I could also debate Ismael's height, but I don't know this actor at all 😅
