5'5 range is reasonable. Yes, she was the same way in Firecreek, cold, distant, aloof, very serious type, you can tell. Good looking woman but not that beautiful compared to others of the period. Just Clint's type, he certinly didn't go for ditzy blondes.

Really got a cold vibe from her in Five Card Stud. I got the feeling she didn't like Dean Martin. Eastwood's biography states he had an affair with her on set of Hang em High. It occurred to me that he seemed to be attracted to those cold, emotionally detached types, Sondra Locke, Jean Seberg, Catherine Deneuve etc, all similar demeanour.
Interesting point. Inger certainly projected herself this way in 68's HANG EM HIGH as well. And you're correct about Eastwood's (then) predilection for cool, emotionally isolated types. You can throw Jo Ann Harris--the seventeen year old Confederate femme fatale from 1971's THE BEGUILED--into that mix as she meets the same emotional criteria as the rest of the lot on your list; likewise, it's been written too she had an encounter with the Man who defined cinematic "Old West Action." ;)
As for Stevens--delicate looking, but a tapered, beautiful girl in her day. Not sure I'd tack on the extra half inch, but she definitely looked 5'5" back in the day. Talented, too--it's a shame she chose to leave this world in the fashion she did.
