British Singer, formerly of M People fame. She had very big hair in the 1990's and said in dailymail "I'm only 5ft 4, but people always say I seem so much taller. There was even a rumour going round that I was 7ft tall. I thought, my goodness, if that was the case I'd be in a circus."

@ Heidi - That’s true, she’s more on the tall side than the short side in general society but she is the 16th tallest Heather out of the 19 Heather’s on celebheights!

I suppose 5'4" + 4 inches heels =5'8" add 16 inches for the hair would make her 7'0 right? Nah you can see though why she could look 5'9"-5'10" with the heels and Marge Simpson hair! Mmmm Donuts!!

Yeah she definitely deceived a lot of people, I always thought of her as a tall woman and probably 5'9 or 5'10 but I didn't really take much note of her height. I think I saw her on Top of the Pops in the mid 90s and she definitely gave a tall illusion though.

I met her once and she does look taller than 5'4" though I guess she knows her own height.
