Even if Tracy was 5'8.5", and it's possible, don't you think Morgan could have been the same because they look pretty similar range?

In fairness you know something like 5'8.5 for Tracy peak might be more realistic.
5 ft 9 looked right when Katharine was at 5'7.5, about 1.5 inch diff barefoot in Adam's Rib, but now she;s at 5 ft 7 flat 5'8.5 is veyr possible. The problem with Tracy is that I think he wore lifts at times. he could look just 5 ft 8, like Bad Day at Black Rock he looked 5'8 flat with Borgnine, yet in others with Gable and scenes from other films, with William Powell etc he could look a strong 5'9 guy.

Yeah, I linked that one too before. I think it's good in that it shows the footwear and all but it's possible that Tracy is standing on a slightly downslope so has a disadvantage. However, there's a few stills on the g image search and Tracy and Morgan look pretty close in height in practically all.

here's a paragraph from an article on Morgan...
"On the personal side: Morgan is five feet seven inches tall, weighs 170 pounds, has brown eyes and gray-brown hair. He's a good story-teller and an enthusiastic radio listener, with comedy programs his favorites. Morgan is never quite sure of what time it is, since he never carries a watch."

Rob, maybe tweak to 5'8.5?

Rob, would you consider a 5'9" listing for Morgan? Next to Tracy I think he looks pretty close in height and Morgan wasn't a spring-chicken by the time he became an in-demand character actor.

Jimmy Stewart when standing tall I don't think made him look over 5ft 8.

Nice one, some of my favourite films in that late 30s early 40s period in there.

Yeah, thanks for adding! 6'0" listing in Immortals is ridiculous indeed...I thought in some roles that he could pass for 5'9"-5'9.5" though.
He looks quite similar range to 5'9" listed Spencer Tracy:
