I think Flula was talking about US size L because he said 200lbs which is a US measurement. But it's weird how he wears an L while someone like Viper who's similar in height and weight, wears an XXL.

Flula's head is no more than 10% shorter than Conan's in that picture (which is always a visibly noticable amount, esp. if that's just one dimension you're talking about). Hold a ruler to your screen or cound the pixels in ms paint, whatever you like. It may look a tiny little bit shorter, 'cause it's cocked to the side, away from the camera...depending on the angle that could easily make his head look half or a quarter of an inch shorter.
But calling his head tiny based on that...that's like saying "My friend here is 6'6, he's gigantic! I'm so tiny, I'm only 5'10!". :D
Which is, again, a really big difference (about 10%). Especially if you consider that, with the same proportions, a growth of 10% in length means a growth of 33% in volume. So, if Conan's head is "only" 10% longer, it's already 33% bigger (volume-wise) than Flula's. I guess that's gigantic for ya. :D

Is that an European or US "L"? If European then that's weird, because for being maybe just an inch taller than him and pretty much the same weight, I wear Eu XL-XXL.
