@Rob I've seen her stand next to Luke Hemsworth(westworld costar) who is like a weak 5'9" or a strong 5'8". They had similar footwear and she looked about 2 inches shorter. 5'6" 1/2 seems about right.

Evan Rachel Wood played a gorgeous, elegant and mature-beyond-her-years brunette in the film 'Pretty Persuasion'. I did think she could pass for nearer the 5ft8 claim of hers in that movie than she could have done when starring with 6-footer Edward Norton in the enjoyable film 'Down in the Valley'! Standing next to 5ft4 Nikki Reed in her film 'Thirteen', I'd have believed 5ft6.5 for her.
Perhaps it was that she came over as extremely confidence in 'Pretty Persuasion' that I would have had difficulty believing she was just over 5ft6. I really did class the girl as 'tall'!
I have decided on 5ft6.5 for her - and that is after hunting down my copy of 'Pretty Persuasion' to check for any pictures on offer! I found one on the front cover of Evan standing on a lower step with two other girls. They all wear the same black, flat school shoes, which is mega-useful for comparison purposes, and Evan is almost as tall as the two others, including Selma Blair. It give reasonable evidence that she (Evan) is above average!

When she was 13 or 14 Evan was listed at only 5'2 or so, but by the time she was 16 she was 5'7. Could it be that she looks even taller than she actually is, because it seems her growth spurt endowed her with rather long arms and legs for that height.

5'6 1/2 - 5'7" (better choice) works a bit better. NOW see a pic of her next to Marilyn. Go to Google and type in "Evan Rachel Wood and Marilyn Manson" and click on the very first picture of you (Marilyn wearing a hat and Evan with socks on with black heels on with shades). Marilyn is around 6'1" - 6'2" or so. In this picture, he has about 3 inch heels on, making him 6'4" or 6'5" (in the first pic). See how she has about 2 inch heels on? She's almost a head shorter. But standing next to even high-heeled Marilyn, she is taller than 5'6". Someone around 5'3" or 5'4" could just reach his shoulders in this picture, but her in this picture being so claimed as what I think is 5'7" with 2 inch heels (5'9") would be more accurate.

Sarah I've seen Upside of Anger too, and the height gap Evan had between Erika and Keri wasn't clear at all. At times in that film she was slightly taller than them. Other times they were taller than her. I would thank camera angles for those alterations. The only that was clear was that the oldest sister 5'8" Alicia Witt had some good inches on all three of them. I just find it hard to grasp the idea that the gap between Evan and Keri, Erika is 1-4 inches, while the gap between Evan and Alicia is 2 inches- the same height?! Unless of course we bump up the height for the three sisters and Joan Allen too. Then there's also those photos of her with Michael Douglas at Sundance.

I've seen her listed anywhere from 5'5 - 5'9; 5'6 fits and looks pretty accurate. I don't know how anyone could think her pretty--I think she looks rather haggard and at BEST average. I do, however, think that Evan Rachel Wood is a good actor. If I were to meet her and her personality was nice, then I'm sure I'd find her better looking because that kind of thing can really change the way I percieve the way someone looks. We're all entitled to our opinions, and there's mine. I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything or change their minds. She's thin and wears heels and recently dark clothing, which make anyone appear taller. I think that 5'6 is a fair estimate.

Notice in the pic with Bening (5'8"), Evan's heels are slightly bigger and Bening's posture isn't the best (left knee is bent) yet Evan (standing up straight) is still slightly smaller than Annette. I'd say barefoot Evan is about 2" or slightly more shorter than Bening, 5'6" seems about right to me.

She was clearly the second tallest behind Alicie Witt in The Upside of Anger and with normal heels on looked neck in neck with Alicia Witt in the move and even at the premiere looked tall.

She is at least 5'6 to 5'7. I stood right next to her and talked to her a few years ago at Sundance. I am 5'2, had on 2 inch boots and she was wearing tennis shoes, with just an average sole. She was easily 2 inches taller than me, if not a bit more.

In all of the pictures with the cast in Upside of Anger, she is similar in height to Keri Russel who is 5'4. I would say she is 5'5 or 5'5.5 at the most. There is no way she is any shorter or taller than that.

They adjusted the camera angles in Thirteen, and Holly Hunter's shoes were HUGE, while Evan wore tennies/flats the entire time. Evan is easily 5' 6"-5' 7".

No, Heightmax and Grow Taller supplements are SCAMS. The only way to grow taller as an adult is stretching exercises (2-3 inches max, mostly in the spine).

I've seen her listed as 5 foot 6. I'm pretty sure her height was underestimated when she was younger because I saw her on a show a few years back and she looked taller than 5 foot 2. I also saw her standing next to Holly hunter at an awards show and as far as I remember she was significantly taller than Holly. My guess is that she is probably around 5 foot 6 or 7.

Evan is no where near 5 ft 7 and let me conclusively prove why. I watched the movie thirteen. Evan is barely 1 or 2 inches taller than Holly Hunter who is listed as 5ft 2. This settles it. check out the following link where evan and holly are standing side by side (neither wearing heels)

I think she probably is shorter than 5 ft 7. That photo that CelebHeights Editor provided shows it. I've seen photos of Erika Christensen where Natalie Portman (5'3") and Tara Reid (5'4" or 5'5") stands as tall as her. And both photos are from pretty straight angles. I also saw a photo of Keri Russell where her former Felicity costar Jennifer Garner was stand right next to her like in that photo below, and Garner looks about 4 inches taller than Keri. That would make both Keri and Erika somewhere in the 5 ft 4 in range, and if Evan was 5'7" she should be noticably taller than them, but she's not.
