This day he had a fraction more footwear than me and Lucas Bryant. On twitter, when asked how tall he was in 6 inch heels he said "6'8""

It's mentioned below he's wearing boots so I'd actually go closer to 6'1 flat. But doesn't matter, you could take 1 cm off his shoes and he would still look comfortably tall.

Editor RobYes in person Bryant was shorter than Eric, who was shorter than Adam Copeland (who had converse on that day and both these guys a boot).
Hence why I think Adam somehow lost height in the next few years as he looked taller that day than the photo I eventually got.

He has a very long face and nice proportion so that does the trick....
I would have sworn that he was atleast 6ft3 but this proves again that in hollywood camera angles do help in looking taller.

Same. To me pretty much every male actor looked taller than what they actually were. Idk why, perhaps it had something to do with the way they filmed the scenes. Low camera height for one.

Editor Rob depends on his boot, if I knew it was similar to a cat or was 1.3-4 zone I'd say 186 for sure, but not as sure.

He looks like he's around 6' 3 1/2" or even 6' 5" to me. His heavy build and his masculine jawline probably make him much taller. It just comes to show you how tall 6' 1" - 6' 2" is. :D

Eric Balfour is 6'0.5". I worked and episode of Law & Order: Criminal Intent. His stand-in was 6'2" and was 1.5" taller. Because he is quite slim he looks very tall. Also, the 24 comparison is tough, as Kiefer Sutherland is just over 5'8". That gives Eric Balfour a towering appearance.

Editor Rob I watch tv series because a lot of the time they are as good as the stuff hollywood churns out to the cinemas. 24 (not so much this season though), galactica, heroes, lost at the moment are probably in my top 4, but I cannot watch shows with ad breaks, usually its dvd's or super fast forward ad breaks!
