Saw a quote where she mentioned her weight: "I'm 5'6.5 and 58kg"
About 128 pounds for 169cm...with a body like hers seems believable.

I don't think she is giving an unrealistic image to young girls to aspire to. Let's face it: most girls never do any effort to have good abs. Contemporary society dictates that as long as a girl is not fat, she has a perfect body. On the other hand, a man without abs or great biceps will never be considered to have an ideal body. It's easier for a girl to have an “ideal body”.
To put it simply:
A woman that never goes to the gym, as long as she is not fat, can be considered to have an ideal body.
A man that never goes to the gym will never have an ideal body.

I'm sure she's a nice girl and this height, but something irks me off about these Instagram celebs now. Suddenly all of the world's best looking/genetically blessed people are becoming fitness experts.. It's like they're saying "Look at me, aren't I fabulous? Don't you wanna look like me? It's a good thing that they're encouraging young people to be fit and healthy, but I do think they send out an unrealistic image to a lot of young people to aspire to, she knows that a lot of girls could work out like Chloe Madely but are never going to look as good, so it does come across as showing off. These Instragram celebs compete for views, so it places emphasis on how they look and that something is better, it's superficial b*****ks IMO, not right. My rant is over anyway haha, but I'm sure a few others agree.

I understand a lot of what you are saying, but fame nowadays has encompassed a lot of Internet Celebrities and Reality (or scripted reality) stars.
Honestly, at some events I've seen a few moderate cosplay/youtube celebrities and been surprised at how popular some can be...
