Stretching is such a important thing for the muscle - and in women it's what makes you get the shape, the beautiful shape. And I'm little! I'm 160cm - so yeah, being muscly doesn't go so good with that. But, yoga made a BIG difference to my body.

@Jonathan Meyer How did you get to that conclusion? She's next to two models they must be around 5'9-5'11 with same footwear and it appears to be a height difference less than 8 inches. Depending on the actual height of the other women she could be from 5'3-5'4
