If she's 5ft 7.5, then Helmut Berger can't be much over 5ft 9, maybe 5ft 9.5 at most. Berger also looked at least 3 inches shorter than an aging Lancaster in Conversation Piece.

In a Sanda interview/article that appeared back in the June 1973 Cosmopolitan, writer W.H. Manville characterized her as "Not smashingly lithe or tall...about five feet eight..."

Yeah, hard not to be enamored with her after you see many of the above films.

Requested her a while back I think. Gorgeous, yes always looked tall range , near 5 ft 8. The Conformist, 1900, and The Garden of Finzi-Continis are really all classic films. I've always thought 1900 really underrated, one of the best films ever made IMO, but too long, it's like too much of your favourite spaghetti to watch haha.

I would say she looked about 1.5-2 inches shorter than Robert De Niro and Paul Newman so I think this roughly correct.

Thanks for adding her...please add The Garden of Finzi-Continis to her credits? She is the ultimate unattainable beauty in that her character's weird relationship with her brother non withstanding.
