I know I commented on Dean before, and I believed he was 6'0.75 range, now after a few more showings with John Cena, and him being a legit 6'05 guy. I think Ambrose at the very least 6'1. He easily looked an inch taller, and I doubt he is the kind of guy who wears lifts. I wouldn't be surprised if he was 6'1.5 inch... I know 6'0.75 and 6'1 isn't much difference, so I believe he wakes up as a legit 187 cm guy, and by the end of the day, especially after wrestling, he drops to 6'1. I just think, 6'0.75 is short changing him, despite his slouching and atrocious posture.

@smoosh his height varies a lot, one of these days he will appear 5'8 lool but seriously to me he is 6'1.5 when stood up straight, he slouches so much despite having a big back and broad shoulders.

In Deans case, his 6'4 billing goes back to his Jon Moxley days on the indies. Eventually WWE will start to call him 6'3 or 6'2. To me he is 6'1 when stood straight otherwise 6'0.5 to 6'0.75 with terrible loose posture.

Because WWE and pro wrestling in general tend to exaggerate wrestlers heights so they can seem bigger. This is one of the ways how these promotions make so much money. It sounds way more impressive to bill Dean as 6'4 instead of 6'1.

As for weight Ambrose was definitely bigger and beefier in his Shield days and early singles career days, looked around 220 lbs back then. These days he seems to have upped his cardio and dropped some size like 20lbs hence he looks much more slimmer and leaner than his Shield days. Personally to me he looked better when he was jacked hopefully we will see him get those gains back in the future.

Rollins looked taller next to Lesnar than Ambrose did. Plus he looks 3 inches taller than 5'9 Jericho at most. I would say 183-184 cm for Dean, he's always been the shortest Shield member, i don't understand how people fail to see that.

They even make the interviewers look shorter by making them take their shoes off or by putting the superstars on some kind of stool or something. Tom Phillips for example is the same height as Ziggler and taller than some superstars like Neville yet he always looks shorter than everyone.

Don't forget Romans new boots have pretty thin soles, so Ambrose has the footwear advantage. His boots are quite a bit thicker.

he probably said 6'3 because they bill him at 6'4. possibly he said 6'3 to make himself sound close to his billing. over the years the wwe will start to downgrade his height to 6'1 to 6'2. but yeah definitely more likely between 6'0 to 6'1 range

6'2 isnt that outlandish a claim given he'd definitely measure around that mark in wrestling boots but 6'3 is definitely pretty extreme.

now i know Ambrose is taller than that but looking at WWE and how they bill their Wrestlers height, a good portion of heights are over billed with 2.5 inches give or take, so a good percent of guys listed at 6'2 or 6'1 or maybe a little bit above are actually strong 6 footers, for Dean Ambrose maximum 184 minimum 5'11.75 in my opinion are good listings (considering the boots he wears, like the one in his picture here)

Also, i see a lot of people saying Dean is a bit shorter than Rollins and that's actually true but i don't get why you agree with Dean being 185 cm when Rollins is billed at the same height on this website.

It is no question that Ambrose has gotten leaner compared to his bulkier indies/FCW days. It makes him look more like an athlete and after seeing his training video for Summerslam he could possibly make it as a boxer or MMA fighter. As for height, I say 6'0.5 max.

Of course nowhere the size of guys like Lesnar, Batista, HHH but those guys are "huge" not big that's the difference. 6'0-6'1 205-210lbs of mostly muscle is a pretty big guy. Rollins and Ambrose may not look big near the HUGE guys in WWE but overall still big guys. Surely bigger than average guys who are built in the gym. Hope he doesn't fade in to the mid card really entertaining talented guy some of his old Jon Moxley promos were amazing not PG though but. Hopefully the fans get behind him and they push him as a main eventer be such a waste of talent if they he gets put in the mid card he has so much potential.

I can tell Ambrose will be a midcarder sooner than later. Will probably slowly fade away just like The Miz did. Based off of Seth's 205 claim. I'd peg Dean around 210-215. 220 was my MAX estimate, if Seth Rollins is as heavy as 210. I believe Ambrose to have 5-10 pounds on him. Considering the fact he has a wider frame, slightly higher body fat, and bigger legs. (Seth has very skinny legs.) IMO he has a decent physique. Far from crappy, and better than average. I'd consider Daniel Bryan, CM Punk, and Bo Dallas crappy physiques.

Ambrose always was the shortest member of The Shield. He also looked like he had the same height as CM Punk when they were standing next to each other. I'd say he's between 183-184 but definitely not more than that.

he can definitely look 6'0.75 but he may also be 6'0.5. still a tall guy, give the man trainers and he sprouts 6'1.5 max. as for weight, he certainly looks 220 lbs. in his indies days his physiqu was descent and then at one point he was out of shape. when he was in fcw, he was definitely bulking up and now has shredded up more since. now he is big like roman reigns and is shredded up like seth rollins. his body is like a mix of the both lol. would definitely love to be built like that.

In their documentary, they said that by them walk through the audience helped them show how big and intimidating they really were up close. On last Raw it seemed to me that the difference was noticeable and a bit higher, but since I think John is more a solid 183 than 6'0.5/184, I agree with Dean being almost 185cm tall.
