During my last medical, Doctor measured me at 179,5 cm and it was in the end of the morning. Is it fair to claim that Im a weak 5 ft 11 ?

Nice, he was long overdue.
I once read an article a while back that said he was a very short guy in high school (something like 5ft3 when he graduated) so he's definitely one of those guys that had a solid growth spurt after most people regularly stop growing.
