She's an entire shoulder shorter than them both.

When you Google 'caitriona balfe erin o'connor' the differnce in the pictures between them is some 5 inches (with the same footwear). Caitriona can't be 5'9; it has to be 5'8 (1.72.5 m) at the most.

Rob. If a girl measures at 5 ft 9.375 or 5 ft 9.4 for most of the time, how do you determine to put her at 5 ft 9.5 or 5 ft 9.25? Plus different days, might measure differently. Would you agree that sometimes it can be a little tricky knowing which quarter inch to go with?

Rob, if 5 ft 1/8 is your lowest, I don't think saying you are 5 ft 8.25 is wrong. It's just that you wake up really early and choose to go with your lowest height. But when I see you next to someone who is also 5 ft 8, you seem to edge them out by a little.

Editor Rob well your hips will adjust and probably your knee might bend (depending on height of heel)...you should get a bit more height, but I haven't tested it.
I'm not comfortable wearing women's heels 😑 Though I may measure Jenny and report back how much effect 1 heel on and 1 off had on her...😊

Editor Rob I think she must have dropped at least a half inch more than me because she looked taller I felt, although one thing is her proportions can make her seem even taller in person. I think with a long neck, skinny body and tiny head, she will fool people into thinking she is 5ft 10-11!

Editor Rob from my own test in the past I feel 9 hours gets me the maximum...going beyond that didn't seem to do anything. 7 hours might not get you a full morning, but around 8-9 I feel.
Cat out of bed may well measure near to 5ft 10, she is very slim in person so I can also see her being guessed taller. From a distance she did seem taller than when I was standing beside her!

You seem to be standing a bit closer to the camera and the photographer is also probably standing more on your side. So the picture itself is quite useless... BUT she must have looked near 5'11 (without considering the footwear difference), right? 😊

With an extra cm of beard I now have a head size in 99.9th percentile 😆 Yeah I think I got 1 inch in front of Cat there (which makes a change, 80% of photos on here I'm 1-2 inches behind), she did seem over 5ft 10. Surprisingly with heels, Graham mcTavish still had 3 inches or so on her, and he was still about 187 I felt that day.
