I watched the lovely Bridget in 'Single White Female' last night. I always thought she was 5ft7; I read this when I saw 'Scandal' and 'Shag' (a DANCE!) at the pictures.
I couldn't see her being any less than 5ft7 yesterday - she looked 4" taller than he co-star, Jennifer Jason Leigh.
That is what she's getting for Christmas!

Rob how tall would you guess betty white is? She does look quite a lot shorter than bridget fonda in lake placid. Maybe nearly 5ft 4 peak as she was taller than rue mcclanahan but 5ft 2 at most by the time lake placid was released

At the time 'Scandal' came out, I read that Bridget was 5ft7 and Joanne Whalley 5ft3. I agree that there's a 4 inch gap between the girls.
In the film 'Single White Female', Bridget also starred with a 5ft3 inch actress, Jennifer Jason Leigh, looking, of course, notably taller, and I wouldn't think that Bridget was any smaller than 5ft7. I've seen her twice at the cinema and have read a fair bit about her, and amongst those bits and bobs was that Bridget, certainly at the onset of her career, was the same height as her Auntie Jane - 5ft7, so that is what I am putting down for her!
She has an unbelievably cute face and if 'Princess Fiona' from the Shrek cartoons came to life, she would look like Bridget at about 23 with a long red hairstyle!
My guess is for Bridget WITHOUT any height loss, as there is only the one box!

After having seen 'Kiss Of The Dragon', I have reached the conclusion that 5'9" (1.75 m) sounds feasible for her.
There are numerous scenes in the film in which she stands next to 'Jet Li' who is 5'6" (1.68 m) and although she wears promiscuous clothing in the film, which includes boots with three inch heels, she definitely appears to be 5'9" (1.75 m).
Her stunning sparkling Blue Eyes and gorgeous Blonde Hair contribute to her amazing looks; she is a fine woman and an exceptional actress!

She is another actress I have seen in the course of my work. 5' 6" sounds about right to me. Very decent person genuinely interested in other people. No star "attitude". Credit to her parents. Somebody did a great job bringing her up.
